Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Would have no problem renting from VACASA again. Their local staff was very friendly and helpful. Inn at St. Thomas Square is nice complex. Only complaint would be that pool was not heated in late Oct. Would stay at this complex again, just not in 1203B. Owner needs to do better job in keeping condo up to date.
We loved our stay at St Thomas. It was clean and we enjoyed our time there.
We had a great time,it was a girls trip, we felt very safe. It was close to many eating places. We could walk. Even at night and still feel safe. We will be going back!!????????????
Friendly staff, great location! Would probably choose a different room next time away from the street due to the noise but would stay at this property again.
Over all we enjoyed our stay. But then we spent majority of our time at the beach or pool or simply sight seeing. Sleeping at night is not an option as the streets are insanely loud and right outside this particular rooms window. The carpets are in desolate are need of cleaning as our feet were literally black. The furniture could be replaced but other than gang it wasn't too terrible. The manager was super nice and helpful.
The stay there was good. The price was good also. Need to upgrade the furniture and TV's. Also could use a DVD player of some kind. A family with small children would not do so well. The TV in the living room was very snowy also.
