Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Nice place, I guess it depends on the unit you get. Ours needed a lot of work to bring it up to date. 1202B
Our stay here, was very pleasing. It was like a home away from home. There were many near by attractions and easy access to the beach, etc. It was very clean and offered many amenities that you would have at your own home. We had a great experience and I'm sure many more would say the same. Keep up the good work!
I have stayed at the St. Thomas Square Inn many times in the past but this was my first stay in this particular condo. The property manager was outstanding, we arrived a couple hours early so he did an inspection and let us in the condo early. He was very kind and even gave us some extra detergent. Other than that I was disappointed in the condo. I am not one to complain and this is the first time I have written a bad review. The carpet throughout the condo is filthy, ten minutes after taking a shower the bottom of your feet will turn black from walking around barefoot on the carpet. As my 11 year old daughter was about to take a shower, she went to slide the shower curtain to the side and the metal bar holding the curtain up fell and hit her in the forehead causing a lump and pretty much ruined her night, it turns out the housing on the left side of the bar that mounts to the wall was busted and barely hanging on. As i was sitting on the side of the tub with my feet under the faucet trying to wash the black of the bottom of my feet I reached for the metal bar that is about waist high on the wall to pull myself up and it slid out of the wall almost causing me to fall, it was not secured properly. We had many light bulbs blown out and the electrical outlets in the bathroom do not work at all. The curtains are way out of date (1970's) and several are broken. But the worst part about it.... I like to stay out fishing late or enjoy PCB's night life and usually go to bed around midnight and sleep in until 10:30 or later. Not in this room! The blinds do not block a bit of sun and the windows are facing the east so as soon as the sun comes up it's like a disco ball in your eyes, and every morning at 7:00am these guys would stand just outside of your window with these backpack blowers cleaning the parking lots for hours, It was ridiculous, the noise sounded like a weed-eater running right next to you. I wanted to get up a cuss them out at 7:00 every morning. If you decide to stay at this condo I hope your an early riser or can sleep using ear plugs and eye-covers.
We went to the property right at the check-in time. Was very clean and spacious. My husband and I went alone this trip.. but we will bring our girls back with us, -as the room could easily handle our family. The room for the price was one of the best around. Located right across from the beach! We did have a loud "occurance" happen around 2:30am, but it was pretty entertaining! Thanks!
This unit has everything you need. It could be updated but for the price and location it's worth it. The beach is a bit of a walk and we could not find a place to wash the sand off at the public entrance or property so may need to check into that. The go karts next door are pretty loud up until 11 at night but the fan drowned out some of the noise. Panama city beach has a lot to offer and we're glad we went!
