Large, modern, luxury 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom apartment in a central location (with parking) - 5 minutes walk into the centre of Bournemouth with its award winning beach & shops. Recently having finished a huge renovation the apartment comes with its own dedicated parking, private balcony & gardens.
The flat can easily accommodate small groups & benefits from a large living/dining area with separate kitchen. 2 full size bedrooms, a large ensuite and a family bathroom (with bath and shower).
The flat is situated in a small, modern and safe apartment block - with its own parking space and lift.
2 large double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Accompanied by a large lounge/dining room (including deluxe sofa bed) and separate kitchen. There are two flatscreen TV's at the apartment - a large 42inch TV in the Living Room which is connected to Sky TV. Furthermore there is also a 32inch TV in the master bedroom with freeview.
The apartment also comes with its own private balcony, parking and gardens (communal).
A further cupboard in the hallway for even more storage.
The flat is a second home for me which I rent out when I am not using it. Please note that there might be a small number of basic items (cleaning products, kitchen items, personal photographs) at the apartment during your stay. Unfortunately I am unable to remove these from the property - however the property is fully designed with your guest experience in mind and will not impact upon your stay.
Parties/unauthorised guests are not allowed at the property. Please get my agreement for guests in advance. Please note that the flat is charged on a per person basis.
Unless agreed in advance, Check-in is strictly after 2pm. Check-out is no later than 11am. If i am not able to meet you for arrival/departure then adherence to these times may be checked remotely and an early checkin/late checkout will incur a £100 fee.
For groups where 5/6 guests are booked - the use of the sofa bed OR airbed is complimentary. For groups where 7/8 guests are booked - the use of the sofa bed AND airbed is complimentary. There is a £35 charge per bed/per stay for booked groups of 4 or less wishing to use them. Please book this in advance. Due to unanticipated washing and cleaning considerations there is a £50 charge + additional bedding charge of £35 for unauthorised use.
Please only use the allocated amount of towels and linen for your stay - this is set to 1 towel per guest and 1 set of bedding per 2 guests. There will be a £15 charge per additional item beyond this. Please note, that in the quieter winter months this fee can be waived - however, if you wish to use additional items please simply ask.
LONG TERM STAYS - I welcome long term bookings and will accommodate these wherever possible. These bookings will be on a self-cater basis. Amenities will be provided at the start of your stay only. A fortnightly cleaning service (not including washing of linens/bedsheets) will be provided. You are welcome to use the washing machine. There will be a few private items and essentials left at the property during your stay (cleaning & kitchen products etc) - you are welcome to use these (with the exception of items on the shelf marked "private") but please inform me in advance of anything you finish so the cleaner can replenish these for me.
Located only 5 minutes walk into the centre of Bournemouth with all its shops and restaurants. The beach is only a further 5 minute walk. The university, train station and conference centre are all nearby.
Set in a quiet neighbourhood but near one of the main access roads through Bournemouth.
For groceries there is a big supermarket just a short drive/taxi away. alternatively there is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk down Richmond Hill.
You can walk to all amenities, shops, restaurants and the beach within minutes.
The train station is only 5 minutes in a car and there is a local bus route should you prefer.
