A sunny nice house right in the middle of everything in Bucks County. Orchards, The Delaware River, Peddler's Village, Downtown New Hope, Rice's Market, Solebury, etc.. All are 5 to 10 min away. The house is on an acre of land that has plenty of quiet space to relax. Inside the furnishings are midcentury modern with an eclectic mix of artwork and objects. A full modern kitchen with all the other modern digital details.
I grew up in Kansas and moved to the east coast a few years back. My wife Nikole is from Doylestown and we have family in the area. Both of us work in creative industries. She is a fashion designer and I am a creative director. We have a son and two little maltese dogs and make up quite a nice little troop.
Lance Ferguson purchased this house in 2014
We loved the place when we first set eyes on it. The location is brilliant. Its far enough out from the bustle of the city to relax, but close enough to get involved. The house is from the 1920's and we keep putting our personal spin on it. We weren't looking for a McMansion.
Location, charm, space.
Best time ever !! House is beautiful. Lance great !! Coming back !!
We loved the house! Very nicely appointed and comfortable; perfect for our short stay, visiting with Mom. The yard was good and just right for our dog to have a place to run. The only complaint we have was with the water pressure. Still, we had a great time and loved the area.
We came for a weekend getaway. The house was charming and comfortable. Lance could not have been more welcoming and gracious (including chocolate and wine on our arrival). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found it very conveniently located for all of the area's activities. We're looking forward to our next visit.
