From the Snowlee Collective: The fourth, and premiere of our fabulous listings is the "Sourdough Suite". Built new in 2015 to northern climate building standards, the Sourdough Suite features three bedrooms and two full baths. Building upon our experience as vacation home developers, we have found a happy medium between function, fashion, comfort and chic. Everything is either Brand-spankin' new, or older than us ( we are seventies kids, mostly)! Quality exudes from this townhome. Replete with quartz, bamboo, real wood and marble tile. My Siblings and I grew up in Juneau. We have been in the Juneau hospitality business Since 1980 (our parents owned an awesome restaurant) We have moved to various parts of the Northwest now, but still have a great love for Juneau. It shall always be our home, to some degree anyways.

The Sourdough Suite is ideally located. Town is a 1.5 mile from your door; but the din of city life is negligible. There is an amazing trail (Dan Moller) that begins just above our House, and takes you to the Bog and Alpine areas of Douglas Island. You can combine this hike with almost every other hike located upon Douglas Island. My family learned to ski at Eaglecrest Ski Area. It is the Little Ski Area that could. Snow dependent, of course. The beaches around Juneau are so impressive. They are expansive. Protected. Scenic. Quiet. Beautiful. Not to be compared with the beaches of Miami or California, mind you. Rubber boots prevail over bikinis tops.
Great property! Amazing views from the roomy and well stocked kitchen/living area. Super convenient to everything since nothing is more than 10 min away in Juneau, lol! Very comfortable bedding and ample closet space. As others have said, could use more bath linens, but not a big deal - laundry room made it easy. Looks like various travelers have left little convenience items and non perishables, which is cool - we left bear spray for hiking! Eli and Annabelle were very responsible to misc q's by email. House is a duplex but was quiet for most of the weeklong stay. Driveway is a little tricky parking/reversing in dark, but just a matter of practice. Had a great week celebrating my fathers 70th bday, can't thank Eli & family enough for sharing their beautiful home -
Modern, sleek home with great scenery and a great location. Thankful for how accommodating and understanding the owners are. We had a great stay :).
We enjoyed the three nights we spent here. It was an amazing start to our vacation and a great place to relax. This house has three full bedrooms and 2 good size bathrooms. There are stairs from the ground floor to the main living/kitchen area so if you have someone with mobility issues this may be problematic.
My only very minor issue was the house echos a lot. So, if you go with a large group it could get loud.
I highly recommend this property if you are going to Juneau!
What is a terrific place. Great location just a couple of minutes outside of Juneau. It is a lovely property which has a wonderful view of the mountains and the waterway. I highly recommend you give this place a try. You will love it.
The house is new, spaciuos, beds are super comfy, view is excellent. We'll be back if we're lucky. So many activities out of Juneau like Tracy Arm 9 hour boat ride, helicopter to dog sled camp was highlight, saw many humpbacks, streams loaded with fish, glaciers, birds, sea lions, hiking, etc. Can't drive more than 30 minutes in any direction before road ends. Kept remarking that air is so pure. Everything exceeded expectations.
We just returned from visiting our son and his wife in Juneau and we miss it already. The condo was perfect, with plenty of space for all 6 of us to be comfortable. It is well located and maintained with beautiful views and a great location central to lots of activities. Check in and check out is extremely simple, requiring minimal effort. Juneau is a city of approximately 33,000 people. Just about everything that one desires can be found here. Of particular enjoyment to our family is hiking the extensive trail system found around Juneau during the summertime. Skiing during the springtime, watching the wind whip the snow along the ridge of Mt. Juneau during the winter, and cozying up to a book on the couch all fall!. We love this place.

We only allow two night rentals within thirty days of your reservation dates. Exceptions may be made and are made at the discretion of the owners. Likely reasons for exceptions: 1.If your check in date is the same as the check-out date of the previous guest. 2.If your check-out date is the same as the next guest. 3.If you want a mid-week rental, and it is the slow season. One can view all our reservations by clicking the "flexible dates" box. Three night reservations are only available within 60 days of the reservation dates. Between 60 and 90 days, only stays of 4 nights or longer are accepted. Only stays of 7 nights or longer are allowed when booked further out than 90 days. Exceptions may be made, see the above reasons for possible exceptions. Questions?
