Downtown...Brand New Twin Home. 3 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms

Come visit our newly constructed modern condo in the Center of Moab.

It is 2 Blocks off Main Street and is within walking distance to down town restaurants and local shops.

It is a 1500 sq. foot Twin home.

It has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and sleeps 6 people.

There is 1 King Bed in master suite with 32" flat screen TV.

The master suite is located on the 2nd floor and has hickory hardwood floors, connected to a reading loft.

Master bedroom has a large walk in closet.

It has very large bathroom with travertine shower, soaking tub, and granite vanity.

On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms with a Queen bed and 32" flat screen TV in each. These bedrooms share a bathroom that has a travertine walk in shower and granite vanity.

We provide linens.

The kitchen has granite countertops, granite island, and stainless steel appliances.

We provide kitchenware.

It has an open design and has vaulted ceilings.

The living room has a 50" Flat Screen Smart TV.

The living room and kitchen open to a huge sliding glass door, that connects to the private back patio.

There is a BBQ and patio set.

We also have a separate dining room that seats 6.

There is a standard size Washer/Dryer with iron, ironing board, detergent and dryer sheets.

We have a 2 car carport with a large locked bike/gear storage at the back.

Well located to town and park. Clean, spacious, great amenities.

Clean updated home, with great amenities. Walkable to restaurants and very close to the park entrance with car. Beds were comfy and place was clean and user friendly. Quiet street. The only negative is the high ceilings and cement floors make it noisy when some people are awake and others sleeping.

A lovely house in the heart of Moab

The house is spacious, everything in new condition with plentiful supplies of linen. Everything in excellent working order and we had no problems. We could not find any instructions for the freezer so did not know how to make further supplies of ice.

The things we personally would have found useful were more crockery, a grill within the oven (again no instructions on how to use) for things like cheese on toast etc. A hook on the back of each bedroom door. Also, most places have a landline even if only for incoming calls. We always purchase an international calling card on arrival to the US and will use our mobiles if there is a signal. Being able to get Netflix was a real bonus for us, plenty of choice without all the advertising and was a good alternative to the usual dvd player.

Overall the house presented us with no problems and is within easy walking distance of the main street.

Awesome Place

The pictures do not do this place justice. Its a great town home. Incredibly comfortable, cozy, and spacious after a full day of hiking. Very close to town, and only a short drive to Arches. We made a sunrise hike to Windows at Arches in 30 minutes from door to arch and it takes probably 20 minutes from park entrance to get to windows. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out--- the beds are super comfortable, the amenities are top notch, and we even watched mule deer sneak up to the back porch and snack on the mullberries. I highly recommend this place.

Upscale Desert Living-Walk to Town

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Desert Willow West in mid-June 2016. Beautifully appointed 3-bedroom/2 bath townhouse. The covered parking was wonderful for helping to keep the heat out of the car. And the key-less entry was much easier for check-in and out. We never had to worry about losing a key or meeting up with anyone! There may be places in town with more iconic views, but you can't beat the location of this home. 1/2 block from the hospital and 1.5 blocks to Main St. It was so nice to park and walk to dinner each night, avoiding Main St parking struggles. The best Thai restaurant we've been to was 1/2 block away, Arches Thai. And about 1.5 blocks from the Quesadilla Mobilla food truck that certainly lived up to it's reputation, too.

But don't think nature isn't just outside the door- we had a deer visit the back patio everyday to eat mulberries off the tree! TV's in all the rooms made it easy to spread and out and relax. And the high-end bathroom amenities, especially the body lotions, we're much appreciated and needed after hours outside in the desert. While we didn't utilize the on-site locked garage/storage, it would be perfect for bikes and other sporting equipment. Melissa was prompt and courteous with all communication details and we would certainly recommend Desert Willow for a stay in the Moab area!
