The house is located on the ground floor of a four-family villa, within a closed residence and there is the possibility to park comfortably outside the gate. The Residence is 600 meters from the sea. You can get to the beach by walking or you can get in the car and reach an establishment with a large free parking, bar, restaurant and games for children. If you want you can also choose the free beach.
The house overlooks the private garden with a well-kept lawn, trees and flowering plants. On the back another garden, with some fruit trees, flowers and the room for the washing machine. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, each with its own wardrobe. The bathrooms are 2. The living-dining room communicates with the American kitchen. Opposite the entrance opens the veranda where it is pleasant to eat at all hours, as it is in the shade but protected from the humidity of the evening
The house is equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, electric moka, toaster, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.

In front of the District there is a small supermarket, a large bar with a table. At mt. 200 there is the Sicilian, small but excellent restaurant that also serves very good typical sweets. Within mt. 300 there are bigger and supplied supermarkets. With the car you reach famous places of the coast: Torre Paola and the Sabaudia beach, the Punta del Circeo with the Grotta delle Capre, Sperlonga, Sabaudia. Within the territory you can visit the beautiful Romanesque abbey of Fossanova within a village. For lovers of antiquity, above Terracina, with a splendid view of the gulf, you can visit the Tempio di Giove Anxur. In the old city, it is possible to follow a Roman road to the remains of a Roman theater too. For lovers of good food every street has its typical restaurant, both meat and fish.
A characteristic of Terracina are the premises next to the mouth of the canal that offer excellent fish at very competitive prices.
From Terracina finally ferries leave for Ponza and Ventotene.
