This first floor apt. benefits from having the best location in Antibes for experiencing the full flavour of the Old Town, it's on Cours Massena in the heart of the Old Town. In the mornings, walk the 30 steps to the famous 'Vesiano' boulangerie for croissants and have an unbeatable breakfast on the balcony overlooking the famous 'Marche Provencal'.

The apartment benefits from being double aspect, so is light and airy throughout, unusual in the Old Town. The large bedroom has full length fitted wardrobes, There is a portable air-conditioning unit, and it overlooks a quiet pedestrian street. The bathroom has bath and shower, there is a separate WC. A comfortable sofa also turns into a double bed in the living area. There is cable TV with news and entertainment channels in English & free internet access. Telephone with free calls to French and international landlines.

Provided for the beach are towels, umbrella and cooler bag.

It's a couple of hundred meters to the beach, a lovely 4 minute stroll past cafes and restaurants, through the arch of the 'ramparts' and past the 'smaller' yachts of the marina. Sister apts. 82504, 406770 and our new apt. 810851.

All the previous comments are quite true.....perfect location.....very cozy....bedroom large enough for a BBQ !...attention to detail 5, restaurants, wine shops all within minutes.

The last 2 weeks in Antibes have been my last port of call having wondered around Europe for 5 months...3 of those in France staying at various apartments and number 11 Cours Massena is one of the very best!

The photos are un-altered. There are hotel quality linens and towels. The apartment will be impeccably cleaned.

Fantastic stay

Stayed here for 4 nights with our 11 month old and it was great. Plenty of room for all of us in the bedroom even after we had put his large travel cot up.

Michelle offered a very warm welcome and made herself readily available if there were problems but the apartment was clean and so well equiped there was no need to botther her. Michelle was very accomodating with our early check in time and earlier check out time that meant the break was stress free from start to finish!

You could not ask for a better location in the heart of the old town with the market literally on the doorstep, serving great cheeses and saucisson! We will happily go back and might even leave the little one at home so we can take full advantage of the various vars and restaurants that are within seconds of the front door!

Yes the location is really perfect for a holiday home, you can stay in in the evening and dine on the balcony and still feel like you are out...there's so much to watch from there ! As with these renters you can stay for a short break between October and April.

Market appartment

We spent a week at this delightful appartment in Antibes. It had all we required, was comfortable and well equipped. The bedroom was particularly spacious and the bed extremely commodious.

Michelle was very helpful when we had a problem with the lock and came immediately to help us.

This appartment is very central to all of Antibes shops and attractions.

Charming apartment at a fantastic location

We are a couple from Norway spending one week in the apartment in early August. It is a charming, well-equipped apartment at a fantastic location, close to the market in Antibes' old town. The apartment has a small balcony, perfect for breakfast or dinner, while overlooking the busy and charming street and market underneath. The apartment was very good value for the money and we have no hesitation recommending the place.

Great apartment, Fantastic location

Thanks Michelle, the apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything we would need, I could not fault it.

The location was very central to everything and the balcony over looking the market was a great place from which to watch the world go by.

I will certainly miss walking round to the boulangerie and the market in the morning to pick up some things for a breakfast on the balcony.

Very relaxing and highly recommended.

Wonderful location in old town!

This is a wonderful apartment in the old part of Antibes. It is about a 15 minute walk from the train station. Michelle was very responsive when booking and the property was clean and well furnished. We stayed for 5 days and walked through the market every morning. It is also a short walk to lots of shops and restaurants. It was nice to have a washer on site to do laundry. Highly recommend a stay here!!

Antibes is known for its yacht marina, the largest in Europe, with its International Quay, which is home to some of the biggest ’Megayachts’ in the World, its Provencal market, Picasso museum and medieval Ramparts.

It has its own sheltered, sandy beach, and is within walking distance to several others.

The Provencal fresh produce market runs every day in the summer and is not to be missed. In the evenings it turns into an outdoor restaurant scene, sharing the space with local artists’ stalls. Just behind the market is Antibes’s Cathedral, the setting for outdoor concerts in the summer months.

The Old Town is full of lovely cobbled shopping streets, pavement cafes and countless restaurants to choose from.

Thursdays is market day in the Old Town with thousands of stalls spread all over, selling anything from bikinis to carpets. On Saturdays, Place National is the setting for an Antiques market.

Nearby Juan-les-Pins is a major holiday destination, with a casino and nightclubs.

Golf: There are many fabulous golf courses in the area, all within a 30/40min drive of Antibes, including the Royal Mougins which is one of the best in France.

Ski: There are several ski fields within a short drive from Antibes, Auron and Isola 2000 being the most popular, and at only 90min drive away they are popular for a day trip.
