Dreaming of vacationing in a Tropical Oasis, we welcome you to Seawinds and to the amazing Marco Island! Where living is easy and Summertime is year round.

Come stay in our updated 2 bedroom and 2 full bath condo. It has breathe-taking beach front views in every direction. We provide complementary WiFi and washer and dryer in the unit. We have beach chairs, towels and umbrella for your use. Our smoke-free unit is located directly on the beach with full western exposure providing plenty of afternoon sun on its spacious balcony. Relax and enjoy the sounds of the surf!

You can sleep 4 people in beds and we have rollaway beds that can sleep 2 extra people. The Master bedroom has a new king size bed and we added new twin pillow-top mattresses in the guest bedroom.The Seawinds condominium also has its own pool and hot tub. There are two Tennis courts on the property. You Literally walk out the back door and are on the beach. The Seawinds condominium is located on Collier Blvd. which is Marco's main road. You are minutes away from shopping and many great restaurants.

A wonderful week at a wonderful place.

Such an amazing view. Nice building. Terrible internet connection, I had to work with the ISP to get it working at all, but the local rental company was excellent in working with me. My guess is that's more of the building and the ISP though. The hot water heater leaves something to be desired. However, way, way, way positive week overall.

Great views

Seawinds 1202 was a somewhat small condo with great views. The bedrooms were very small. It was perfect for two people. There was everything you need in the condo for it to be homey. The biggest drawback was the small pool and pool deck. The sun was only on one side of the pool where everyone wanted to be.

You get what you paid for

The view and the beach were beautiful. We did chose one of the cheaper units for rent, which showed. The condo and building were very outdated. I recommend the owners upgrade a bit - The "master" mattress is definitely in need of replacement, we sunk in the middle, the toilet seat in master was cracked and the hot water was regulated. However, the water in the bathroom was fine. The fear of having the fire alarm go off when you are cooking is also a problem - we had to keep front door and slider open - which did cause a nice breeze, but kinda ridiculous. The pool is not for teens. The good news is youre not in the unit except for sleeping, the area and beach are perfect. However, this building/unit will not be choice for stay next time to Marco.

Recent Stay

We recently stayed at the condo from 3/19/16 to 3/26/16. The condo is nice. The weather was perfect during our time there. Monday was the only day it was cool during this time period. Having the patio door in the master bedroom opening at night and hearing the ocean is very peaceful. I would recommend the owner make a few changes/additions for the future. They did add new beach chairs while we were there. The existing four chairs were in poor condition. There were no beach/sand toys for children to use, we did buy a small amount of toys for children to use, please add additional toys. There is no cooler for the beach, we did leave a Styrofoam one (another expense). There is a great umbrella, and two boogie boards for use. I would also add some insulated drinking glasses to use on the beach. We have rented four other condos in this building and they all have the stuff already. I would also recommend upgrading the TV's for the bedrooms, they are very small and outdated. The condo has plenty of beach and regular towels, pillows and all other items. Making these changes and additions would make this a great condo!!!!!

Ok for the price paid

Sea winds is one of the older facilities in Marco Island, and you feel it. While there is nothing wrong with the apartment it is cramped, and not possible to eat four people without moving the other furniture around.

Apart from that it is functional if you do not like to cook. If you cook you need to open both door to balcony and entrance. This creates a wind tunnel where every lose pieces of paper starts flying, and you are cooking in a small 'hurricane'. You learn after the first couple of tries.

Also some of the staff there needs to find new jobs. Upon arrival we checked in, and it was clear that the lady was tired and not interested in tenants.

Fine for a quick trip to the sea for a few days, where you plan to eat out.

The kitchen/living room shows the barstools (3) and the patio table on the lanai for 4 as choices for dining. There are some additional TV tray tables for casual dining. The reason for my call today was to find out specifics on your Staff comment to ensure our guests are greeted with a Smile and respect. I now understand that it was an employee within the Condo office not the rental company. I want you to know I did speak with the Manager and I shared your comments, she will be addressing as this employee is relatively new and she appreciated you letting us know.
