This perfectly located, spacious air-conditioned end terrace townhouse is in a quiet & secure complex, with a variety of pools to suit all ages. Jacuzzi within main pool area . It is decorated & furnished to a very high standard. A private patio which catches sun all day, garden &BBQ is accessible from the lounge patio doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster,etc. A patio table & 4 chairs as well as two sun loungers are provided for use within the garden area & communal sun loungers and umbrellas are available around the pools. The house is furnished with two comfortable sofas, dining table & 4 chairs,king size bed & 2 single beds. TV with limited channel available and limited wifi , DVD player , I - Pod dock ,hairdryer are also available. For additional comfort air conditioning &effective ceiling fans are installed in the living area & both bedrooms. Linen & towels are provided.

Driving in Cyprus is easy for the UK driver as the Cypriots drive .........carefully & considerately ...................on the left- hand side of the road.

Road signage is in both English and Greek and there is a good road network through Cities ,Towns and Villages.

There are a range of books , maps and brochures in the house that will help you arrange various day trips and adventures during your stay.

For quiet nights in: A selection of family DVDs 'Cd's and games are available for a 'quiet' night in .!

There are many books to choose from , and you are welcome to exchange any that you are unable to finish during your stay.

Transport to and from Paphos Airport: Travel time from Paphos Airport is approximately 15 minutes by car

We can arrange for a local reliable and reasonably priced taxi service to pick you up from the airport.

Our aim is to make our guests stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible . We have included many home comforts and have recently included limited wifi signal as part of the rental package .

What makes this house unique

The house has all the comforts from home -with the added benefit of sunshine on a daily basis. The patio area, which attracts sunshine most of the day is within the garden at rear of the property. It is quiet and allows guests to self cater al fresco - using the stone BBQ. There is an extensive DVD library within the house along with books and games for quiet nights in .

The first 2 Germany in "Shaw " house . It was great . The bus 603 took us to harbour and we ate at delicious cafe, very friendly staff Victor , Andrea , Michael . The 615 bus to coral bay is cheap and very easy . We will be back , it was a lovely holiday .

Really nice house in a quiet area . Walkable distance to harbour, town etc

Thank you for a lovely stay, we had 16 days and loved it. The house had everything you need in it. Nice patio to sit on including a built up bbq for use.

Pool area has two areas a top bit or the bottom you can choose from and both are plenty large enough.

We are regular visitors to Paphos and knew where to walk , but it’s about 20 mins to town, harbour or tomb of the kings road where you’ll find shops , bars or the market in town.

So overall 10/10 and thanks for letting this lovely house to us.

Lovely 2 bed villa. No tv channels but lots of dvds. Not that the tv was on at all!

Secured area with combination key barrier for access. Villa well presented and clean. Washing machine and fridge freezer plus good sized kitchen with cooker and hob. Surrounding area and communal pool looking like it needed a bit of TCL and some parts of pool area had bad sewage smell. Not obvious which parking space was allocated and suffered the wrath of an extremely rude man (sounded Eastern European) leaning on his horn non stop shouting it was his space, move!! My children were shocked and scared by his aggresive nature. Turns out he lived next door. All i can say is I'm glad it was our last day and not 1st day after his tirade. Other than that, overall couldn't fault the villa our holiday.

Superb stay at this lovely home

Our 1st time in Paphos for a friends wedding and stayed at this lovely house which is a real home from home .

Close to all amenities but in a quiet area . Paphos is so relaxing with lovely walks , fabulous restaurants and bars to enjoy dinner or a drink while watching the world go by ....... in the sunshine .

Owner Linda was extremely helpful before our stay , providing information and advice , arranging taxi transfer and even suggestions for hairdresser for the day of the wedding .

Iris Village is a development within walking distance of local amenities and its location is central to all areas of interest. The Old Town is a 10 mins drive away and a frequent bus service can be taken from harbour area to old town . The harbour area is very picturesque with access to historic mosaic site . Tomb of the Kings and catacomb sites of historic interest are also nearby . The airport is 20 mins from house . There are 3 golf courses within approx 30 mins drive. A go-karting track and water park are also 10 mins drive away. The pleasant walk to the main promenade, supposing , bars and restaurants and picturesque harbour area is easily Done in approximately 15 mins.There are numerous pools within the Iris Village complex including huge split level pool with a Jacuzzi , and small toddler pool for the little ones to enjoy. A smaller more private pool is also available on the complex .

Other Activities: harbour, castle , water park, golf courses,

Golf: There are many excellent golf experiences available within a short drive of the house .
