There is a superb sitting room with original wooden beams and inglenook fireplace with a woodburning stove, a spacious kitchen/diner and a snooker room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms two double and one twin as well as a ground floor bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is a private garden with seating and off road parking for two cars. The Long House is an excellent cottage for exploring beautiful Devon, at any time of the year.

Note: Private grass landing airstrip on the farm available free of charge, subject to weather conditions, by prior arrangement with owner is essential. Note: Day tickets for fly fishing on River Torridge can be purchased from the local pub or the adjacent farm for around £15 per day.
