Podere Pietreta is a large stone house of the '700 that was recently the subject of a careful and passionate restoration, maintaining the architectural features and using only original materials.

The farmhouse is situated on a hill, in a position of exceptional beauty within the natural and artistic park of Val d'Orcia.

A three-hectare park around the farm, where there is a panoramic swimming pool (mt. 6x12), the olive grove, the car park and belvedere.

In 20 minutes you are in the woods of Monte Amiata, Umbria is half an hour drive away.

Another absolutely exceptional characteristic is the presence, at no more than 30 minutes, the many spas of the most famous: the Terme di San Casciano, the pools of Sarteano, Bagni San Filippo, the Chianciano hydrothermal establishments etc..

The Val d'Orcia is also a valuable food and wine destination is located in the heart of Chianti and Montepulciano DOCG, is the home of Pici, the pasture meat, of wild mushrooms and delicious cheeses, fruit of competition between local traditions and the recent introduction of Sardinian sheep farming ...

Guests have 3 spacious apartments of different sizes, two lovely bedrooms and a beautiful independent house - also in stone - newly restored.

All apartments are characterized by good taste and warmth, they are equipped with a fireplace and elegantly furnished with period furniture.

The kitchens are in hand-worked stone, the bedrooms are embellished by many small pictures made with antique lace and embroidery that belonged to the owner's grandmothers.

It has not neglected to provide the apartments with all the comforts: satellite television, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, heating, hairdryer. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower.

In front of 'entrance of each apartment a large private area, equipped with table, chairs was reserved, umbrella and private barbecue, where guests can dine while enjoying the beautiful scenery.

And 'active free Internet wireless (WI-FI) and cable.

In order to preserve the tranquility of the guests, Pietreta does not have a restaurant on property, but two of the best local restaurants (just 2 km) offer customers of Podere Pietreta a complete meal at very special prices card.
