312 Park is under new ownership and management and continues to upgrade! (April 2015 renovation and November 2016 addition) This 3 bedroom + bunk room, 3.5 half bath is a perfect home base for families or groups. Steps to Main Street and the slopes you can enjoy Park City with or without a car when staying in one of the best locations in town.

We are a local family and want to make sure your trip to Park City is memorable! We offer unparalleled customer service and insider tips to help make your vacation extraordinary.

House sleeps up 12 PEOPLE IN BEDS!

• Master bedroom has a King Bed and remodeled ensuite bath with shower (2)

• Just outside the door of the master (and on a private floor with the master) there is a built in "Harry Potter" bunk (1 twin bed).

• Second bedroom has a Queen bed and remodeled ensuite bathroom with tub and shower (2)

• Third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed (3). There is also a twin mattress under the full that can pull out for another person. (1) This room also has an ensuite bathroom with shower.

• Fourth "bedroom" is an open bunk room/living room. This room as two twin over twin bunk beds (4). It also has a built in media center...perfect room for kids!

• The large couch in the main living room also converts into a full bed for extra sleeping space if necessary (1-2)

This home is especially well-appointed with private outdoor space, offering 2 decks (including one with a brand-new 8 person hot tub!) with seating, tables & chairs on all for maximum enjoyment of the afternoon sun after a day on the mountain!

The layout lends itself to family or group stays, with quiet bedrooms separated from the large communal dining / cooking / lounge areas, and is stylishly appointed, with quality furniture throughout, as well private bathrooms, and masses of storage space in closets, chests-of-drawers and bedside-tables.

- Deer Valley is only a 3 minute drive away.

- The incomparable Alta, Snowbird, Sundance, Brighton, Snowbasin and Solitude mountains are all within 45 minutes drive ... you can really never get bored of skiing or riding here. Utah has the best powder and mountain bike trails on Earth!

Don’t forget main street is literally out the back door. Just take the same outdoor stairs one flight down to the best restaurants and nightlife in town.

Great house, with a perfect Location!

Great house, with a prime location. The walk up the stairs to the trail that leads to the town lift is a bit of a hike but not too bad. We ended up walking up the stairs a couple days and the other days we actually just walked down Park Ave to the lift (about a 6 - 8 minutes walk all downhill). Also Main St. is a 30 second walk down a flight of stairs around the side of the house. From there you can walk to all of the bars and restaurants. There are also free buses and shuttles that take you all over the town which is very convenient. Lisa was always very responsive to emails and calls, and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Beautiful Home That's Perfect for Large Groups

If you're planning a guys/girls weekend or a family trip with a large group, and they have your dates available, BOOK IT! I can't say enough about this house. My friends and I do a guys trip every year and as our group has grown, finding a place that can accommodate us has gotten tougher. We stayed from 2/7/18-2/11/18 and I can honestly say that this house VERY COMFORTABLY slept 10 adult men in their own bed. I also think it would be perfect for two families with kids, as it has two bedrooms with larger (one with a king, and one with a queen) beds, and two bunk rooms. It has all of the modern amenities you'd expect, and does not feel "dated" like some of the places we've stayed in the past. The unique layout also allowed us to spread out and feel like we weren't on top of each other the whole time. The hot tub is spacious and could comfortably fit about 6 adults. The kitchen is well equipped for not only meal preparation but also seating with a nice farm table, bar stools at the counter, and a high top table. Giant fridge will fit all of your food and beverages - breakfast and lunch groceries and beer for 10 guys only took up about half of the space. If you're like me, you will probably look at the sleeping nook with a little skepticism, but it can absolutely accommodate an adult, if necessary (and it was for our group). They also provide humidifiers, which is extremely helpful for those who are not used to how dry the air is up high in the mountains.

The location is absolutely perfect - right around the corner from No Name Saloon, and all of the other bars and restaurants. Being that close to "the scene", I was expecting more bar/restaurant noise, but it was almost non-existent. For Skiing/Snowboarding access to PCMR, I would say it is a walk-on-ski-off, meaning you can either walk uphill (not recommended, unless you are acclimated to the altitude) to the Quittin' Time Trail Head, or downhill along Park Ave. (recommended) 5 minutes to the Town Lift. The owner Lisa was incredibly accommodating in our arrival time and departure time, and was very responsive to my questions during our stay (thanks Lisa :-).

Bottom line - if you're looking for a place for a large group that has easy access to both Skiing/Snowboarding and restaurants and night life, you will not be disappointed in "Chalet Wray"!

Good house, great location, and even better owners

We traveled to Park City for the first time to ski with our family. The stay was very enjoyable and the house made it just as memorable.

First, the house was well cleaned prior to our arrival. It was able to comfortably fit our entire family (9 adults and 3 kids) and still plenty of beds that were still available to sleep. The house is well furnished and outfitted for the stay of our larger family size - one note is that every bathroom (excluding the kitchen 1/2 bath) is in a bedroom so it requires some planning but nothing that distracted from our stay.

The location is one of the best parts about this house - steps to Main Street which is right down the hill with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and bars (note: Lisa has provided a book inside the home with the local recommendations that proved to be invaluable). For skiing - Park City Resort is a short 3 minute drive with easy parking should you need and Deer Valley was less than 10 minutes around the corner - we skied both during our stay and even though the snow wasnt great - the location made both resorts easy to access. There is a town lift from main street but we found it easiest to park right at the resorts.

Finally, I cannot say more about the owners - they were great. Lisa and Dan are always accessible and very responsive. They are local and do everything to make your stay enjoyable. From providing recommendations on what we should do prior to our arrival to helping out with check in and check out...it is the best communication I have ever received from a VRBO owner. I would definitely recommend this house.

Convenient, comfortable stay at Wray Chalet!

Wray Chalet was the perfect home base for our family's two-week summer stay in Park City. Although there was room for many more, our group of 5 (all adults) used just three bedrooms -- all of them quite private – on different floors - and each had its own full bath. This unique house is indeed a chalet with six split staircases and floors. The location was ideal - just a stone's throw from Main Street - we walked into town every day. We also rented a car for our entire stay, which we parked in the home's shared driveway. (Just be careful backing out.) At the owner's advice, we did the zipline at Sundance (by far the best around and an unbelievable rush!), the challenging ropes course and tubing at Olympic Park, and several heart-pounding and gorgeous hikes. We also rented bikes and toured the Mormon sites in Salt Lake The Wrays were super accommodating. When we had trouble working the TVs, they came right over to help!

Girls Weekend in PC

This house was absolutely amazing! I wanted to find a place in Park City that was within walking distance to everything and had enough beds for everyone to have their own bed and not share. After many searches and options I just kept coming back to this house, although a little bit more pricey that I wanted to pay, it was totally worth it.

The pictures are exactly how the house looked and I loved how there was enough parking for two cars in the driveway, plus the owners were kind enough to leave a street parking permit for our extra vehicle.

We were welcomed with a sweet note to from the owners and a full booklet of rules and how-tos for the house, even suggestions of what to do in PC.

The house was clean, the beds were super comfortable and with 3.5 baths there was plenty of space for all the girls to get ready.

I loved how there was a flight of stairs a few steps from their house that led us right to Main Street, no need to drive anywhere!

I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to anyone who has a large (or small) group wanting to rent a house in PC. The owners were super responsive, local, and kind!

We were looking for an investment property in the Old Town area and when this went on the market we jumped on it! It is truly a special place. The location is unparalleled in Park City with proximity to everything in just seconds. Finding a home with great light, layout and parking for 2 cars is pretty special. The home needed a little bit of love when we bought it...but that is why we remodeled it in 2015! After one year of renting, we decided the house needed a bit more sleeping/play space. In November of 2016 we started on our "bunk house/media room to help make the place even better!
