Set in a quiet area of Perivolia just 4 km drive away from Chania city and the nearest beach, Villa Nikis is an ideal holiday getaway for relaxing in the nature and at the same time being next to everything. Elegantly decorated interior offers a cozy yet distinctly modern feel while spacious outdoor area surrounded by fruit and vegetable gardens creates a perfect atmosphere for soothing body and mind.

Enjoy tranquillity, comfort and luxuriousness in this exquisite and unique villa.

The two-storey 240 sq. m villa is furnished with elegant and luxurious styles and it can accommodate 6 people in beds and up to 8 people if it is necessary.

- Indoor layout -

Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area with a sitting area and an indoor dining area. Then the area leads up to the main living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances with a dining table. The living room area has direct access to the main veranda where an outdoor dining table is located.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one of them is the master bedroom with a double bed, a walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. The other bedroom has 2 single beds which can also be set up as a double bed and a walk in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have balconies with the view of the garden and surrounding area. A bathroom with shower is also found on the same floor. Additionally there are a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a storage room.

The first floor is reached by an indoor staircase or its independent entrance from outdoor area and here lies the independent studio. Entering the studio there is a hall with an office space and a small kitchenette with fridge/freezer, 2 hobs, sink and microwave/oven. Next to the kitchenette is the living room area with sofas and a 32” HDTV. The living room area has direct access to an enormous veranda with sun beds and a sitting area. Additionally a staircase from the living room leads up to the attic bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with a hydromassage shower cabin is found in the studio. The pool area can be directly accessed from the studio.

- Outdoor area -

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.

The studio has two entrances (one from indoors and the other one from outdoors), living room, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and a spacious veranda. Having a separate studio offers you the advantage of more privacy among your own groups.

- The location, as the villa is situated just 4 km drive away from the Chania city centre where you can find everything you possibly need such as shops, restaurants, cafeterias, bars and entertainment. Also, it is an ideal base for making excursions as it is close to the national road.

- Very close (4 km) to various sandy beaches on the north coast such as Nea Chora and Chrissi Akti beach.

- All the beds have high quality orthopaedic mattresses which ensure comfort sleeps for our guests.

- Total quietness, as the neighbourhood has only a few houses where locals are living although Perivolia centre where you can find a mini market, 2 - 3 different choices for taverns, pharmacy shops, bakery and supermarkets can be reached on foot.

- Vegetable and fruit gardens whose produce can be fully taken advantage of!

- The hospitality of the owner and his family who will be on hand with helpful advice and information whenever it is needed. The owners have a wide knowledge of the island and will be only to willing to suggest places of interest and routes to get there.

Lovely villa, even lovelier people

We stayed for one week in this beautiful villa in April. We only went to Crete for some sunshine and it was freezing, but the hospitality could not have been warmer. The villa had everything we needed, was lovely and clean and had a big swimming pool. It would be ideal for 2 families sharing with separate entrances and living areas. The owner could not have been more helpful, guiding us to some lovely places to eat and visit duirng our stay, and was always on hand if needed but not intrusive at all. The villa rental company were also superb as were their recommended car hire company. All in all we could not have asked for more and would highly recommend villa nikis and etouri.

Villa Nikis is located in Pervolia area, an outskirt of Chania city and only 4 km away to the city and the nearest beach of Nea Chora.

One of the main advantages of our villa is the location as it offers you easy access to everything that you might need for your holiday.

The location of the villa has the advantage of being close to the lively areas such as the city of Chania and the “entertainment centre” of Chania prefecture during summer season which are the area of Agia Marina and Platanias.

In those areas are only a few minutes drive away from our villa and you will be able to find different kind of organised beaches, a huge variety of taverns and restaurants, numerous choices for entertainment and activities during day or night and any kind of shops.

Nowadays Perivolia has become like a suburb of Chania town as many people are living there and work in the city. Despite that, it preserves the natural environment and still offers the feeling of staying in a small village. There is a traditional tavern, mini market and pharmacy in the area where can be reached on foot from the villa.

In addition, the location of the villa is a great starting point to explore Crete as the national road nearby offers you easy access to the west where you can find some of the most well known beaches in Greece such as Elafonissi or Balos or to the east side of Crete where you can visit the attractive cities of Chania and Rethymno (60 km away) and many more places which we will suggest you and give you directions before your arrival in detail.

Staying in our villa offers you an opportunity of total relaxation in a quiet and secluded area with being in small distances to living areas at the same time.
