Nice,clean appartment,great view,need car

As there were differing opinions about this appartment let me help to make it fun.I stayed for 3 weeks in Spring 2018.First of all its clean,all appliances work great,furniture is good,not excellent,beds are good,not excellent.I am a world traveler who has stayed in dozens of appartments-Its easy to find-but I can understand that some might have serious problems.I suggest a meeting point-such as Cafe TACAS-driving up to the apparment complex and finding the garage can be difficult.So below reviewers have a point.If you rent this apppartment you MUST have a car.For me it was great because all my trip were to the mountains and a night I knew to what restaurants to drive.There is no place you can walk to.The appartment is fine for 2 adults and a child or two.I had it alone Ineed space.The terrace is great-but you will not be able to use it fromJanuary to Mid-March-the wind is too cold.The same for the pool do not think you can use it until May.Yes there were some minor defects such as the door.lamp etc but this appartment is in excellent shape.Washer,dryer works perfect.I did not use the kitchen but everything is there.In terms of value/cost ration its about average.One downside is the owner is not close to the site but Dulce Maria reponded quickly to my problems with the TV.There should be an instruction sheet.I plan to stay next year 4 weeks on the island not sure if I rent it again but I am thinking about it because for me it’s very good-just miss the walking distance to restaurants.I hope this description is somewhat realistic and helps to make a judgement if this appartment is right for you.

First point I want to comment on is that we are Premium Partner that means we offer the best experience and the best value to our guests. That's why our score is so high, 4 and 5 stars, also yours, thank you, and all the comments match that. (There are no different opinions as you say). And this is not casual but the result of a great effort and dedication. Second point is about the furniture. I bought all the furniture my self around the world. They are design, very expensive, some unique pieces of colector for example glass chandelier, mother of Pearl tables, methacrylat chairs, Smart TV 48", Chesterfield sofa,Venetian mirrors, etc.etc. Because I want the best for my guests. We have already changed the light bulb and the handlear of the door to wich you referred. The third point is that you say it was very easy to get to the adress but recommends a meeting point. All our guests arrive easily, as well as you, to the agreed adress and the parking lot so would be a wasted of time for the travelers to stay in another place before. The four point. Yes, the car is recomended as indicated on the page but some of our guests who have preferred to move by taxi or walking and who have also rated their stay very high. The first bar pizzeria is only 200 meters walking from the apartament and it's the favorite place from our guests, who have just arrived, for lunch,dinner or a drink because is close and has a great atmosphere and is what you refer to as a meeting point. The fifth point is about the terrace. Other guests who have stayed in the same dates as you wrote that one of theirs more unforgatteble moments on the holidays were the breakfasts on the terrace with those views. I invite you to read it. And the same for the pool. Fortunately everyone enjoyed the terrace and the pool throughtout the year. That is why winter and spring is our high season here. As you can read in the comments I have personally met all my guests. In this case I was away but you met my mom and my brother who were at your disposal in my abscense for anything and I was in touch with you at all the times. Thank you very much for coming. We are waiting for you next year and if you come, we will take a walk around the area so you will know more places. P.S. The apartment is well laid out with plenty of room for four it's clean bright and airy

A car is a must as you are in the hills away from the town centre .the views are spectacular as advertised all in all we had a great time and would go back again

Views to die for

We were met by Dulce & Michael who showed us around the apartment complex and told us where to find the nearest shops etc.

This is a really lovely apartment overlooking Costa Adeje and the country side over toward Costa Adeje Golf Club and views of La Gomera and is in a very quiet location. The apartment has all the amenities you could want, secure garage parking, fantastic pool area, balcony with table & chairs loungers and parasol, satellite TV. There are two bathrooms one on suite with bathtub the other with a shower. There is a dishwasher and washing machine (should you need them).

The walk into Costa Adeje takes about 25 mins but it is down a steep hill. A taxi back cost about 4 Euros. There is a good supermarket nearby which supplies most things including fresh milk, bread, fruit & veg and meat counter, parking underground's free.

We played golf at Golf Del Sur on 3 occasions and really enjoyed the 3 different layouts. I was fortunate enough to get a hole-in-one on our first day. The staff at the golf club reception were fantastic and the lovely Fongu arranged for me to receive a certificate and a surprise bottle of bubbly.

The one memory all of our party was how friendly all the staff we met wherever we went, smiles all round.

The key question people want to know is would you go back in future? This would be a resounding yes.

Great apartment with good facilities, terrace and views superb,, Car is a must as sometimes Taxi,s are slow getting there, very high up and the hills are steep, so need to be ok with walking etc,, very good overall and owners are brilliant and helpful.
