We have lived in Kent since 1998 and love to share the treats of the northwest corner of Connecticut.
Karren Garrity purchased this apartment in 2014

Apartment completely renovated in winter of 2015. Gardens are in the works as well as quaint backyard.
“Met by a wonderful Italian red wine and a spotless home, our weekend in Karren's Kent ;) was a joy. Perfectly located to walk to everything, and the weekend weather was unseasonably warm so it couldn't have been more perfect. ”
Great apt in the heart of Kent. Cute little town near hiking, kayaking, ice cream parlors, and restaurants. Short drive from golfing & other small shopping towns. We will be going back:)
Clean, well appointed apartment. Nicely decorated. Peaceful, quiet, relaxing. The backyard patio is a gem. It is close to Macedonina State Park, The Falls and other outdoorsey places. All the private schools are also in close proximity, so it is a good spot to stay when visiting the kids at school. The IGA has wonderful prepared foods if you don't feel like cooking. WIFI is available. There is no TV in the apartment, if that is something important to you.
Overall, a wonderful stay, would definitely rent again and we have told friends of our good experience.
Karren(owner) was very gracious and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay at this property in Kent. The owners did a terrific job with the decor, it was fresh, clean and comfortable. We visited a few of the ecclectic shops in Kent, had a hearty breakfast at The Villager (across the street) and a deliscious lunch at The Bulls Bridge Inn. Great location, we hope to visit again.
We had a lovely stay. The space is great and the hosts are awesome!
