Decent condo

Pros: Prime location--ski in/ski out at Eagle Run (above Juniper Springs). We've stayed at Juniper Springs and this had even better ski in/ski out access.

BIG snow storage closet right outside the condo. It fit 3 snowboards and 1 pair of skis/poles and could have fit much more.

Underground parking with elevator. 2 luggage carts available.

Good selection pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls and cups.

Refrigerator was new-ish and had a water filter/dispenser.

Heaters in each room were good but old--the kind that are in the wall on the base of the wall.

Plenty of tissues, toilet paper and garbage bags.

Good supply of towels.

Bar soap, liquid hand soap and small hotel sized shampoo and conditioners were available in each bathroom.

Cons: Older building with older furniture.

Master mattress was soooo soft--too soft, in fact! I am not a heavy person and I sunk into the mattress several inches. It made it hard to turn and wasn't the greatest for my back.

Hair balls found on comforters.

A few stray hairs found in one of the twin beds.

2nd bathroom had no hot water in the sink and no water in the shower upon arrival. Had to call maintenance several times. The upstairs renter came at 8 pm to ask if our hot water was working in the guest bathroom since theirs had not for several days. They had called maintenance for several days with no luck. Not sure what the issue was but when we checked it the next day, it was working fine. The onsite rental manager came the next day to check on things and said that the upstairs must've gotten theirs fixed which fixed ours.

Kitchen sink had a leak--the pipe came undone. Called maintenance and someone was sent right away. They replaced the pipe.

We called to see if we could have a late checkout. We only got a recording. We called 3 times and never got an answer.

The TV in the living room isn't formatted correctly--we watched the Olympics every night and the picture was slightly pixelated and the sides of the picture were cut off.

Wifi strength was low. It worked better in the guest room than in the living room.

The gas fireplace was nice but we couldn't find any way to turn it off.

It would have been nice to have humidifiers for each bedroom since mountain air is so dry.
