It is adjacent to the Old Town Square and just a few steps from the famous Old Jewish Town, it is also close to the trendy Republic Square and to the famous Parizska street with its vast selection of superb shopping.

Perfect Location and great 4th floor apartment

The property was even better than the pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights in the flat.

The location is great to explore Prague from. It’s right next to loads of good resturants, you must go to the bakery on the corner, the cakes and bread are wonderfully fresh and the staff very friendly.

The flat has everything you want, there is very little noise considering the central location. The two balconies are great, the one at the front is great to watch people go by from the 4th floor vista. The pigeon spikes at the front get in the way a little but rather them than pigeon mess everyone. The flat was immaculately clean. They have everything you need from soap in bathroom to cloths in the kitchen and washing powder for the washing machine.

All the beds were very comfortable. There are Bluetooth speakers in a couple of the rooms and the TV let’s you wirelessly connect your iPad. They have sky and BBC news in English on the TV.

We didn’t use the air con as it wasn’t needed but we did open the doors to both balconies for a breeze to blow though, it was perfect.

The bathrooms were very clean with we had no real issues, the hot water was a little intermittent but not a problem.

Rached, the manager of the property, was excellent, do take him up on the offer to get transfers to and from the airport, they are just the same price taking a taxi yourself. Rached answered every message I sent him in 20 minutes, and this was at all times of day, very impressive.

From meeting us at the apartment, to getting the keys, using the lift, it was all sorted for us. If you visiting Prague this 2 bed flat is perfect and reasonably priced. We were even allowed to stay in the flat until 18:00 on the day of departure. When next in Prague we will be staying here!

Great Comfort in a Perfect Location!

Our party of 4 adults recently stayed 6 nights in this beautiful apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The furnishings are contemporary and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. They even provide some basic spices. The coffee maker is "top of the line". I am not a coffee drinker but the other three guests were raving about how great their coffee was each morning. The description of the bathrooms is a little confusing. There are two bedrooms, one is to the right when you walk into the apartment. This bedroom has a full bath attached to it which includes a toilet, a shower, a towel warming rack and a sink and mirror. The second bedroom is directly across the hall from the entrance. This bedroom does not have a bathroom attached to it. Rather the bathroom is a split bathroom across the hallway. The toilet (and small sink) is in a separate room. The room next to this toilet room has a bath tub/shower combo, towel warming rack and sink and mirror (no toilet). We really enjoyed the heated floors in the bathrooms. In addition to the furnishings being very nice and comfortable, there was an unusual amount of storage and hangers. Also, the washing machine is located in the kitchen. It worked perfectly and helped us pack lighter. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and the building has an elevator which came in very handy. The location could not have been better. The main old town square is a block away and the apartment is surrounded by small grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants. My husband enjoyed standing out on the balcony each evening and people watching. We were very pleased with the apartment and would highly recommend it to all who visit Prague.

Exceptional apartment! ~ Kathleen from USA

This apartment was outstanding! Very clean, very classy décor, very comfortable beds, and a perfect location! It was SO much more than we expected, as the photos on the website do not adequately depict the true beauty of this apartment. Old world beauty meets modern accommodations! The beds were so comfortable and the showers were nice and hot with strong water pressure. Rached organized our transportation from the train station and Vladimir (the manager of the apartment) was waiting for us at our arrival. Clear and easy to understand instructions were given to us, and contact numbers if we had any problems. The building was very secure and we never had any worries about safety. Location was PERFECT!. Very short walk to Old Town Square and Jewish Quarter. Nice bakery on the corner and Mama Lucy (Czech Restaurant) had the best Garlic Soup! We highly recommend this apartment not only for it's wonderful accommodations and perfect location, but also for Rached and Vladimir who made everything easy for us! We will definitely stay here again when in Prague!

An oasis in the centre of old town Prague

The only way to describe this apartment is in superlatives; from the security, comfort and tranquility of the accommodation, to the excellent location - <10 minute walk to the city square, but on a quiet side street, away from the mayhem, and most importantly, the immediate responses that we had to our questions about the property, organizing transfer options etc. from our host, Rached Ladjimi. In fact, we all agreed that the photos of the apartment on the website didn't do justice to the beauty of the apartment.

The apartment was clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable; all of the amenities were available, including a complete kitchen, and laundry facilities; there were shops nearby to purchase supplies for our breakfasts, and multiple restaurants in the vicinity for our other meals (we didn't feel like cooking - although we could have).

Rached organized our transportation from the train station to the apartment and from the apartment to the airport - the driver (for both trips) was at the appointed pick up locations ahead of time, and gave us information about the city as we drove into, and out of it.

The manager of the apartment, Vladimir was waiting for us at the front door and gave us all of the details that we would need for our stay at the apartment, including locations of shops to pick up food.

A couple of suggestions:

1. The TV in the living room was "not connected" to the receiver (satellite? cable?), and there were no instructions to programme it. However, there was a TV in each of the bedrooms which worked. We would have liked the opportunity of catching up on world news on BBC or CNN but they did not seem to be available.

2. The instruction manual to use the washer/dryer was available; the manuals for the dishwasher and stove were not available, but we figured them out ourselves.

Overall, a spectacular apartment in a spectacular location in a spectacular city! We have travelled extensively, and we found this accommodation among the very best. Highly recommended!
