A few Guest book comments.
'Beautiful views from a lovely spacious flat. Beds were wonderful, and so quiet, I had the best nights sleep that I've had in ages'. 'Thank You'. Mr. Spencer and party from Bristol May 2007.
'' The flat was excellent, it was clean, spacious and ideal for the party of 3 that stayed. The views were outstanding and we'll ask for this flat again when we return to Pembrokeshire''. Mr&Mrs Jones and Son from York June 2007.
'Outstanding Views and accommodation, ranks amongst the very best we've ever stayed in. Everything you want within easy reach. Good restaurants nearby. We'll definitely be back again' Bremner Family - Lincoln July 07.
'Exceeded our wildest imagination, superb. Owners were so kind. Allowed us to stay late on our leaving day. Our only regret, we booked one week instead of two!' McPhee Family - Manchester Aug 07.
We are a retired Scottish couple who have lived in the area for 40 years or so and have come to love Pembrokeshire.

The listing description was accurate and the flat was clean, comfortable, and in good order. It was a joy to sit in the kitchen or on the balcony and look out at the view of the river and Cleddau Bridge. The owner was very pleasant and helpful and we would be happy to recommend this property. We found plenty of good places to eat in the area and plenty of interesting places to visit. We particularly enjoyed St David's Cathedral, Fishguard, the Sunderland Flying Boat Museum at Pembroke Dock, Colby Woodland Garden, and Picton Castle. It would have been nice to have more to do in Neyland itself and to have better public transport, but overall it was a great apartment and a great holiday.

Just had a further email from Jenny & Bernard on 20/8/13:-
"However, having moaned about the transport information provided, we had an email yesterday from a friend who is a public transport expert saying that he thinks the Pembrokeshire Bus Timetable is one of the best in the UK! So maybe we're being too fussy!"
Thank you again for a brilliant holiday.
There is a public transport bus stop 50 yards from our property that will take you anywhere in the County. Perhaps our Guests missed it.
We really enjoyed our stay at the marina apartment. The apartment is very well kept, modern and has all the things you could possibly require. It is located very centrally located to all the tourist beaches and serves as an excellent base. We especially enjoyed visiting Barafundle beach (must visit) and Newgate beach on the way to St David's. You will not be disapointed.
We had the most amazing, relaxing, peaceful Christmas here .Being our second visit we were just as impressed as the first. The apartment is a fantastic place to laze around and do nothing, we did a lot of that. The setting is second to none and everything in the apartment is spot on. Highly recommended.
Thankyou Ian and Marie looking forward to staying again in 2017.
This apartment is a lovely place to stay in. It has all the essentials and beautiful surroundings. The furniture is modern and comfortable and the apartment was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to Pembrokeshire.
Great base for our hols in Pembrokeshire! Very comfortable, modern apartment with everything you need and lovely owners... thank you very much!
Clean, tidy, spacious, quiet area. Everything in apartment you need. Lovely friendly owners. Brilliant base for holiday in Pembrokeshire. Nice walks along harbour. Would stop here again.
Everything about this apartment was lovely, clean, welcoming, homely, just a lovely little haven to relax in. Having taken our dog with us it is an amazing place to walk with a cycle\walk route on the doorstep and a suitably placed refreshment stop at the marina 'The Bar' for a little well deserved drink with a beautiful view. Our little boy loved exploring alongside the river and its estuary spotting herons and salmon. It is just a beautiful mix of natural beauty and industrial heritage, we loved watching the Irish Ferry come and go. The apartment is a great base for the surrounding area, we visited Bluestone for a swim, Pembroke Castle and Milford Haven Marina. All in all we have had an amazing week, thank you Ian and Marie, we are looking at when we can come gain!
The apartment overlooks Neyland Yacht Haven and the cleddau estuary and is within easy walking distance to the Marina, Shops, Pubs, Restaurants and the Cleddau Estuary. We are smack in the middle of Pembrokeshire and within easy reach of Tenby, Saundersfoot, Broadhaven, Solva, St. Davids and Fishguard etc. etc.
Other Activities: boat trips. Boat hire. Fishing Trips.
