4 star Welsh grading, waterside holiday apartment attached to a beautiful modern villa, with panoramic views overlooking Neyland Yacht Haven, Marina and Brunel Quay and across the magnificent broad sweep of the Haven Estuary, as it flows to the open seas.

A private staircase leads to this 1st floor apartment from the courtyard which is entered through wrought iron electrically, remotely controlled gates into a paved courtyard with private carport parking.

The lounge has 3 seater sofa and a Bucket Chair with stool and the fitted kitchen has a breakfast table and chairs with patio doors opening onto a balcony (not over-looked). magnificent Haven Estuary views and side views to parkland complete with a statue of Isambard Kingdom Brunel, the founder of Neyland - the terminus for his Great Western Railway.

Relax and watch the ever changing activities on the marina, take a sea voyage to remember or stroll along the Quay to the Wild Life Reserve and enjoy a meal at the 2 restaurants

The listing description was accurate and the flat was clean, comfortable, and in good order. It was a joy to sit in the kitchen or on the balcony and look out at the view of the river and Cleddau Bridge. The owner was very pleasant and helpful and we would be happy to recommend this property. We found plenty of good places to eat in the area and plenty of interesting places to visit. We particularly enjoyed St David's Cathedral, Fishguard, the Sunderland Flying Boat Museum at Pembroke Dock, Colby Woodland Garden, and Picton Castle. It would have been nice to have more to do in Neyland itself and to have better public transport, but overall it was a great apartment and a great holiday.

"However, having moaned about the transport information provided, we had an email yesterday from a friend who is a public transport expert saying that he thinks the Pembrokeshire Bus Timetable is one of the best in the UK! So maybe we're being too fussy!"

There is a public transport bus stop 50 yards from our property that will take you anywhere in the County. Perhaps our Guests missed it.

Lovely --apartment in a great position

The apartment was modern, spacious, well equipped for our needs, in a great position and with lovely views across the estuary. Ian the owner was very positive and helpful and quick to respond to our enquiries, laying on tea and coffee making facilities was a welcome bonus. Easy to locate with good off road parking, easy access to the marina. Ideal place to stay for touring Pembrokeshire.

We would recommend the Marina Bar, good food and helpful staff, The Jolly Roger was a bit chaotic and perhaps more suited to famiiles, food OK but drinks expensive. We would recommend the walk from Stackpole Quay to Broad Haven and around the lakes followed by a meal at the Stackpole Inn.

An enjoyable few days and we would recommend the apartment to family and friends.

Well located.

We really enjoyed our stay in Pembrokeshire and the apartment in Neyland was a good base to explore from. The apartment is well equipped and furnished , nice bathroom , kitchen, lounge and balcony. Only slight draw backs were the single beds one of which was far too soft, the metal steps up to the apartment are very steep and the place would have benefited from a good clean eg balcony, windows and floors. Ian was very accommodating though and did sort out a couple of issues for us saying if no one tells us we won't know. On the whole we had a lovely relaxing break.

Owner's Response: With the windy wet weather we have been getting , it's very difficult to keep the windows and balcony as we would like and the steep metal steps are mentioned on the web-site.

Great location to tour Wales

We were met by Ian on our arrival at this purpose built apartment which is in an ideal location for touring southern Wales. The apartment is spacious and well fitted out and Ian gave great advice on things to see and do in the beautiful area of Wales.

We would recommend a week in the area to see it all.

Lovely flat, well equipped clean and comfortable. Neyland itself is convenient but not great

Flat was fab, security gates needed fixing so hassle with a chain to close them but will be great when they're working. The flat had everything we needed and a great base for exploring- Tenby is 20 mins south, st David's is 40 mins north so you can explore the whole peninsula. Highlights we're a walk round st davids head- saw dolphins and seals, and taking the bus out of Tenby bed walking back from Amroth. Marina fishbar in saundersfoot had I think the best fish and chips I've ever had- fresh, perfectly cooked and light batter! Great base

Christmas at Neyland

We had the most amazing, relaxing, peaceful Christmas here .Being our second visit we were just as impressed as the first. The apartment is a fantastic place to laze around and do nothing, we did a lot of that. The setting is second to none and everything in the apartment is spot on. Highly recommended.

Spacious and beautifully presented

This apartment is a lovely place to stay in. It has all the essentials and beautiful surroundings. The furniture is modern and comfortable and the apartment was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to Pembrokeshire.
