Golden Gardens is 2 bedroom ground floor apartment furnished to a very high standard and only 5 minutes walk from the Arenal sandy blue flag beach. Comprising of an entrance hallway leading to a bright & airy lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to a furnished private terrace garden for ál fresco’ dining. The large master bedroom has spacious built in wardrobes and air conditioning. The twin bedroom has built in wardrobes and air conditioning. There is a full en-suite bathroom and a separate shower room. The kitchen/utility area is fully fitted with oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave.
The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living / dining area. The television offers Spanish TV. The apartment now also offers Wifi.
The complex has a gym, landscaped gardens and a communal pool. Once in the resort a car is not necessary as the beaches, restaurants and bars are all located only a few minutes walk away.

Golden Gardens

La ubicación es excelente, está a diez minutos a pie de todos los comercios y locales, por lo que no hace falta coger el coche, y a la vez es muy tranquilo. Las zonas comunes son estupendas y el apartamento está bien construido y en buen estado de conservación. Estaba muy bien equipado, con estupenda ropa de cama y toallas , vajilla y todo lo necesario para la playa, cosa que agradecimos mucho. Para mejorar: la limpieza cuando llegamos era insuficiente, aún había ceniceros sucios en la terraza y la cocina, la terraza y tendedero estaban sucios. Faltaban productos de limpieza básicos y la escoba estaba muy sucia, aunque pedimos una nueva, no llegó. La nevera no conservaba bien los alimentos a pesar de estar a tope, tuvimos que tirar comida. Tampoco me gustó la comunicación con la agencia, por wasap y en inglés, aunque traducían los mensajes, me pareció muy frío. Tampoco me gustó la política de pagos ni de cancelación, me parece muy dura y nada flexible. Mi valoración es excelente por ubicación, tranquilidad, zonas comunes, calidades, buen gusto y equipamiento del apartamento. Mejoraría sin duda la nevera, la limpieza y la comunicación con la agencia, en castellano y más personal y las condiciones de reserva.
