About the property

The property is set in 10,000 sq. mtrs. of orange groves, lemons, figs, avocados, grapefruit, mangoes, grapes, olives and almonds. Fabulous views to the mountains. Half way between Malaga and Marbella, and only a five minute drive into the town of Coin with all its amenities, restaurants and bars. 25 minutes to the coast. Golf, riding, sailing, tennis, quad bikes, scrambling, etc can all be arranged. One double and two twin bedrooms. Next to the pool there is an outside seating area under cover from the sun and also an outside dining area similarly protected. The owner lives in a separate house which is the only other property on the site. The property is fenced with electric gates and therefore secure with ample parking. Washing machine, Dishwasher, Free WiFi, Television. Wheelchair friendly.

About Adrian Anstey

I am retired with 4 children and 4 grandchildren who live in the UK. I grew up and have lived most of my life in Tunbridge Wells and went to St Pauls School in London. I spend a lot of my time on my yacht which is moored in Benalmadena. I have been coming to this area for some years, as my father bought his first flat in Marbella some 60 years ago.

Finca just outside of Coin, near Marbella, Spain

The Finca is typically Spanish with tiled floors and a lovely peaceful view over the campo. We hired a car to explore and it was an easy drive to Marbella, which we did several times, but taxis aren't that expensive. There are several large supermarkets in the town and a market on Sunday mornings. The washing machine was really useful and there was generally a cooling breeze around the Finca, in its pleasant bbq- dining/socialising areas at the front and the side.

Lovely Stay

Had a great time,directions from Adrian were spot on.The finca was lovely and set in beautiful surroundings but a car is essential even though the town is not far away the road is not suitable for walking.

The pool is excellent with plenty of shaded and full sun sitting areas.

There is aircon in all bedrooms and living room if needed.

Adrian told us to help ourselves to lemons,grapes,figs and oranges from the trees which was very nice .The town of Coin is lovely to wander around and to sit and enjoy a drink and snack.Would definitely recommend for a nice relaxing break.We stayed for a month and the time flew by.The village of Mijas Pueblo is stunning and only a 30 minute drive with fantastic restaurants.

mooie omgeving, huis kon properder

de omgeving (Sierra de las Nieves) is schitterend.

Het huis was niet proper gepoetst - zeer stoffig. Schimmel in de badkamer.

Door de loslopende honden (4) moet je door een sluis van 2 poorten telkens je het terrein

oprijdt of weg rijdt, en moet je er op letten dat de honden niet op straat lopen - is geen taak

voor iemand op vakantie.
