Sun-filled living room & kitchen, large 1,500 sq ft. private yard, and furnishings to perfect your cozy beach vacation. Improvements include central A/C, Brazilian cherry hardwood floors throughout, wood plantation shutters, and a fully equipped remodeled kitchen, with NEW stainless steel appliances. The open floorplan effortlessly blends the kitchen space into the adjacent living area, enhancing relaxation and social interaction. A sliding door off the kitchen leads to a smaller private paved patio.

The Living room has been improved with a fireplace, exposed beams wrapped in African mahogany, and French doors leading out to a quiet large newly paved yard. This stylish and refined living area features a large flat screen TV with complimentary Netflix, and a NEW comfy sleeper sofa which can be converted to a queen bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

The Master Bedroom features a NEW California King size bed (perfect for those extra tall guests), mirrored closet, dresser and flat screen TV. The Master bath includes double sink and shower. The smaller sized Guest Bedroom features a NEW comfy Queen size bed and armoire. Extra closet space for this bedroom is located right outside of room in entryway. About Josh Jones

This is a family owned property purchased in March of 2015. We fell in love with this beach style home as soon as we saw it. You will find us most days at our family owned medical spa, Seaside Skin Care, located right in the heart of downtown San Clemente. We were born and raised in San Clemente and now live just a couple minutes away from this house. For fun we like to surf, ride bikes, walk, and dine at our local restaurants . We absolutely love the small, quaint surf town vibe of San Clemente. We always say its like being on vacation everyday!

Why Josh Jones chose Orange County

We have lived in San Clemente our whole lives and know a good location when we see it. We fell in love with this property because of the location and the privacy that it provides. The property is a 30 second walk to the beach trail, and a 10 minute walk to some of our favorite spots. If you walk north on the trail for a half a mile you will end up at Kalani's Coffee or Ellies Bakery. Both great breakfast spots to get your morning cup of coffee. If you feel like a more action or hardy breakfast you walk north on the trail for about a half a mile and you will end up at the pier bowl. At the pier bowl you can get breakfast coffee, Lunch and dinner. The icing on the cake is that the pacific ocean is right next to you no matter which direction you choose.

What makes this house unique

The greatest thing about the home is the uniqueness of the property. This beach bungalow was built in 1953 and complete remodeled in 2002. Since purchasing the property we have upgraded the appliances, increased the patio space, as well as other improvements to make the home more open and cozy. With parking space and central A/C we know you'll never want to leave!

Beautiful beach house!!

Mariposa house made our vacation completely wonderful. The house is close walk to beach and boardwalk. We had wonderful meals at South of Nicks (Mexican) Avlla's El Ranchito (Mexican)

Chart House in Dana point was beautiful at sunset. We all enjoyed how comfortable the home was. Thank you we will definitely return.

Perfect beach cottage close to ocean in quiet neighborhood

We were so happy to find this home - it not only met all our needs but surpassed them. It is so well appointed and the owners have thought of absolutely everything. It's obvious they take great pride in their place. The decor is perfectly modern beachy. We also loved the outdoor space which is beautifully maintained. We really enjoyed the location too - super easy to get to beach or to town area. Can't wait to return!!

Loved the location! Quaint, cute and relaxing home!

This home is perfectly located - close to beach access AND local eateries! The house was super clean and has all the amenities you'd ever need! The owner provides beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and a rolling cooler! They also provide a single beach cruiser and much more!

We brought our own bikes and rode the trails every morning. The ride to Dana Point was beautiful! The backyard was perfect! We spent a whole afternoon lounging and relaxing! This will be one of our go-to vacation spots in the future!
