There are two balconies that face downtown. Beautiful view at night. LED light fixtures. Wi fi, internet access and flat screen t.v. 3 blocks from the BOK event center and the center of downtown. Close to the River and walking trails. Conveniently located with access to all major highways close to the condo. Office area with printer and desk. Close to One Oak Baseball field, shopping areas, great restaurants and night life. Work out room, outdoor swimming pool, basketball court and on grounds convenience store. I have lived in Tulsa most of my life. The condo is mainly for long term rental with business travelers in mind. I am a quilter, physician and mother of 4 with three grand children. I have redone this condo as a project as I enjoy decorating and creating spaces.

I saw this view years ago when a friend had an apartment facing downtown in this building. I have always remembered the apartment and the view and when one of the condos came up that was high in the building and two bedroom, I bought it as a project and as an investment.
The view at night and during storms if very nice. Downtown has been rejuvenated and is growing rapidly. This condo is only blocks from the center of the restaurants and entertainment area. BOK event center is 2 blocks away so the location is perfect for travelers needing ease of access to downtown. All the main highways are accessible within blocks. There is a swimming pool, nail salon, convenience store, basketball court, tennis court and meeting rooms on the grounds as well as an outdoor area for barbecuing if desired. There is also a workout room on the premises as well.
Stayed here for several weeks. Condominium is in downtown Tulsa and has a lovely view of downtown. Parking is adjacent in parking garage. Area is completely fenced and gated and there is security at the door so it is very safe. There are grocery carts to move in and out. Security was not very friendly or helpful while we were there so FYI. Unit is lovely and nicely furnished however we did have a couple of issues. One of beds fell apart the first night and we were able to put it back together so we could sleep. Reported to owner but no one ever came to fix it as far as I know and we were lucky it held together for the rest of the stay. There are several older furniture pieces mixed in with very modern furniture and one large piece has a note not to open so beware. Also no one ever came to clean during our stay. We did not mind washing the sheets and towels but the dryer did not work well (probably due to a lack of attention/maintenance). Cleaning should be discussed, included every week or two or price dropped if you must do your own cleaning since I am sure someone comes by after every rental even if it is for a few days or a week. There were also no check-out instructions so we were left in the dark about what to do when we left with sheets, towels, cleaning, etc. You will also need to provide paper products since no one ever stopped by to restock or clean. There was also a small dead tree from Christmas and items left from previous residents around the unit which indicated that no one ever really checked this unit. The unit was also freezing cold all of the time and the temperature did not change no matter how high we set the AC or tried to turn it off. The blower was also very noisy in one of the bedrooms. There is a small pool area and a fitness center in another building on premises. Fitness center and equipment was very old and room was not air conditioned and much too hot to use in the summer. DVD player was also not hooked up but we were able to hook it up after some trial and error. There are two balconies with furniture for sitting but there are empty pots with dirt in them that again someone should remove. Older/broken furniture needs to be repaired or removed so no one hurts themselves or is accused of damaging them. Overall the place could be really first class if it were check on, repaired, cleaned, etc. but if you don't mind or can overlook the few issues - the location is great and unit is very nice for the most part.
Swimming pool, fitness work out room, on grounds convenience store, meeting rooms. Condo is only 2-3 blocks from BOK Center and downtown restaurants and Bars. There is a washer and dryer in the condo itself.
