• Looking to rent only to individuals who will appreciate and take care of the home

• Must be respectful to the neighbors

• This is not a "party house" but a high-end rental

• 3 night minimum no exceptions on weekends(95% occupancy)

Why JD chose San Diego

My girlfriend and I wanted a larger home downtown with some outdoor space to entertain family and friends. I love the architecture of the home with the dramatic 22 foot ceilings. We used the home regularly as our second home until a family issue limited our trips to San Diego.

What makes this house unique

There is simply nothing else like it for rent downtown. It also is a single family home which means renting it out is not violating a home owners association policy, every condo downtown cannot be rented for less than 30 days. Owners still do it but you never know when it will become an issue for one of their guests. No such worries with this home.

This apartment was the perfect solution for our staff group visiting San Diego for a conference. It would also be great for a family. Beautiful space and very well equipped. I'll go back!

Great house and location!

JD's house was fantastic and the location was great. Everything we walking distance from gaslamp and easy access to get in and out of. Everything was clean and the house was modern and very practical at the same time. We stayed with 5 guys and it was plenty of space! I recommend it for groups or families.

This property was amazing in every aspect. High end furnishings/fixtures, great location, VERY comfortable beds, stocked with shampoo/laundry detergent, great floor plan, and a VERY responsive owner. We loved this place and will be back next year!! Stay here and you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful location, completely stocked, gorgeous home, helpful owner. Perfect for our group!

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic home. The JD (owner) was VERY accommodating. The home was huge. 3 stories plus 1 balcony and a lovely outside eating area as well. The location was close to everything. We loved going to all the fun restaurants, Bud & Rob's New Orleans Bistro (yum), only 2 blocks away. It was great having a garage, that even fit my large Expedition.. This house has all the extras, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of nice towels, little details, like wipes for your eye makeup, were all included. We were in town for an event at the San Diego Convention Center. This was perfect home for this event. Running trails and even catching the ferry over to Coronado Island. All so easy because of location Two enthusiastic thumbs up. Thank you!
