Stunning house!

Just a few blocks from the gaslamp area. A group of colleagues stayed for the convention centre which is an easy 20 min walk. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area and a grocery store nearby. The house is very well equipped, plenty of appliances. There are 3 bedrooms all with own bathroom (includes towels) then another open bedroom on the mezzanine. The only downside is that there is no communal bathroom or toilet for this fourth bedroom, so you do have to go through another bedroom to use a bathroom. But I am sure we will stay again for the next conference!

Great place to stay.

We've now used this property twice now when we're in town for a conference. It's great for a team of three coworkers as we each have our own floor/bedroom/bathroom setup. Thanks again JD.

Great house in great location in San Diego

Stayed at home while attending a conference with several colleagues. Plenty of room, easy walk to waterfront conference center. Living room is beautifully decorated.

Why they chose this property

I love the architecture of the home with the dramatic 24-foot ceilings. There are simply almost no homes this size this close to the Gas Lamp Quarter. The backyard is very unique downtown.

What makes this property unique

It is not a townhome or condo. It is a single-family home sitting on it own lot. It has an attached garage which means no long walks to a shared parking garage or elevators.
