It is spectacular in every way; no detail has been overlooked. The home was designed by a well-known Las Vegas interior design company . It has been entered on numerous design websites and in design magazines. Is without question the most high-end vacation rental downtown. There is simply nothing else like it. • Must be respectful to the neighbors

Why JD chose San Diego

My girlfriend and I wanted a larger home downtown with some outdoor space to entertain family and friends. I love the architecture of the home with the dramatic 22 foot ceilings. The remodel project became so expensive that I have decided to rent it out as a vacation rental.

What makes this house unique

There is simply nothing else like it for rent downtown. It also is a single family home which means renting it out is not violating a home owners association policy, every condo downtown cannot be rented for less than 30 days. Owners still do it but you never know when it will become an issue for one of their guests. No such worries with this home.

Beautiful Home!

We stayed here over Christmas and it was awesome! It is a great location right next to the Gaslamp area. There is quick access to the freeway so nothing is very far. The house itself has plenty of space and is nicely redone. When we arrived we were very pleased with how clean it was. I loved having all the washers and dryers! The kitchen has everything you need if you feel like cooking. It didn't take long for it to feel like home. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the downtown area. We loved it!

Amazing property, highly recommended

I booked this place 8 months ago to surprise my 3 adult children and their significant other and they were indeed very impressed the moment they entered the house. It was perfect for the family - we were all together yet they had their privacy. We loved the decor - modern, clean, high tech. This place is awesome! Everything is within walking distance so no need to worry about parking if staying within the downtown area.

JD made sure our stay was problem-free and we truly appreciated the personal attention and care. Our deposit was promptly refunded a few hours after we checked out.

Wow! Spacious, clean, well equipped and perfectly located. Owner communicated clearly and promptly at all times in the process. He accommodated us with an early arrival, which made a huge difference for us. I rented a few times with HomeAway and JD is clearly the benchmark now! Absolutely a 5-star experience!

I just wanted to let you know that we had an absolutely fabulous time at your vacation home The house was spectacular. I wanted to thank you for your attentiveness and checking in on us to make sure everything was ok.

We could not have asked for anything better. What an ideal location. We walked to dinner in the Gaslamp every night. The pictures on your website definitely depict the house perfectly. It was so clean and comfortable! We all found something special from the artwork to the decorating. It is absolutely beautiful.

We will definitely return sometime in the future. I will recommend this home to everyone I know. Thank you for letting us stay.

Beautiful home, wonderful stay.

We were a group of 7 physicians getting together for our annual vacation. The home was exceptional, above and beyond expectations. Even before arrival, communication from JD was spot on, very prompt responses. Arrival was smooth, the codes to the doors worked as explained. The bedroom on the first floor was great with 2 full beds, full bath and a nice patio. Up the stairs to the 2nd floor, the kitchen was huge and beautiful. There was already ice in the freezer, although the ice container has seen better days. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils. The bedroom had 2 twins and a full bath with another patio. The living room was gorgeous, the pics don't do it justice. The TV was huge and we watched a bunch of football on it. The third floor had a loft with two twin beds and a bedroom with a king bed and the bathroom in the bedroom. The only thing I would caution is if you have a big SUV, it won't fit in the garage, but there was ample street parking in the vicinity so not a big deal at all. Our Dodge Challenger fit without a problem. Overrall, a fantastic place to stay with lots of space and pretty close to the gaslamp district as well.
