Stunning light-filled penthouse apartment one block back from the best part of Las Canteras Beach, Las Palmas's stunning 3.5 km stretch of golden sand. This light south-facing apartment is on two levels and has stunning views from both its generous-sized upper and lower terraces. The panoramic 360 º views stretch from Las Palmas's port, Puerto de la Luz, to its stunning Las Canteras beach.

The apartment is on two levels and its privileged position situated on the 7th floor on the top of the building means the views are incredible. It is one of the has been finished to a very high specification with stone floors and traditional Alfarje wooden ceilings. There are three double bedrooms, two with en suite shower rooms plus a separate large bathroom.

Access is via a secure key operated lift, which which opens out directly into the apartment. There are two aircon units - one in the master bedroom and one in the sitting room/diner.

On the first level the huge open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner opens out onto a large roof terrace. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-range appliances including a Bosch induction stove, large Liebherr fridge/freezer Bosch dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The lounge area has two large leather sofas and there is a flat screen TV with a host of channels in Spanish, English and German.

Upstairs which is via an outside staircase which lead to a huge sundeck, gym studio, kitchen and the third bedroom with its ensuite shower room.

The apartment is situated opposite a large Superdino supermarket, which bakes its bread daily. This area is the most exclusive part of Las Canteras beach and is situated a minute's walk from some fantastic restaurants, such as the iconic La Oliva.

Why Nicholas chose Las Palmas

We fell in love with the penthouse for many reasons. The first impression was one of them - it's a lovely light filled space with breathtaking views. Designed by a famous marine architect, it includes bespoke furniture and a high end finish. Combine this with being just one block from Las Canteras Beach, surely one of the best city beaches in the world and it's not hard to see why we choose this place.

What makes this apartment unique

If you stay in the penthouse you are perfectly positioned for Las Palmas and the beach. It's a buzzing part of town but there is no noise as you are serenely view the life below from this eagle's eerie. It's located opposite an excellent supermarket and there are some of the best seafood restaurants in town less than two minutes' walk away!

Little problems:

Upper bedroom's tv's remote controll didnt work.We bought new batteries, but

it don't work.

Toalet seat of master beadroom didn't work all times, and it and water flow after pushing the button sometimes too long.

Othervice we enjoyed wery fine.

A great stay

Lovely penthouse apartment in a perfect location (close to the beach, restaurants, public transport links). It even got a small but functional gym! It's very well equipped and clean, communication with a host was smooth and easy. Highly recommended.

The Penthouse is a spacious, well-equipped, and stylish apartment (to note, there is a Nespresso machine) near the beach. The rooftop is ideal for sunbathing and dining, and taking in the fabulous panoramic view of the port, beach, and mountains in the distance. We will definitely stay here again,

Spectacular property and wonderful stay

We were one of the first people to stay at the Las Palmas Penthouse and we loved it!

The location can't be faulted: it is right by Las Canteras beach in Las Palmas and near some wonderful restaurants (we especially liked going for tapas at La Oliva).

It is huge, and the open plan kitchen/sitting room diner has massive patio doors that slide back to make the most of the climate. There a also a supermarket just opposite that is open till late and sells fresh fish so we could eat at our home-from-home too.

The two terraces are great for relaxing on and get the sun all day.

It's been fitted out really well with a great kitchen and three lovely bathrooms and was spotlessly clean.

Nicholas, the owner was very helpful, giving us his top tips on where to go for food and drinks in the area.

Our teenage son loved his room on the upper floor and the other two bedrooms on the lower floor are lovely - the beds are memory foam and get a 10/10 for comfort!

There is fast wi fi throughout the space.

All in all we loved it and couldn't fault it.

It's a very special space and we will definitely return. We'd recommend it 100 percent.

2oo metres from Las Palmas beach, lots of restaurants, supermarkets, etc in neighbourhood... in pedestrianised area, but quiet as apartment on the 7 and 8 floor
