The house is located on a large lot, almost at the end of a private road, ensuring privacy and tranquility.
When the tide is out you can stroll along the shore, dig for clams, or hunt for sea glass. If you are an outdoor sports person, launch your kayak on the Bay and head for the pristine dunes on the islands on the far side.

The attic bedroom has a king sized bed. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, one with a single bed and two with double beds. There is also a bathroom on this level with a large jetted tub and separate shower. There is one bedroom on the main floor with a double bed, and a second bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is a great room for cooking and socializing, while the screened in annex is perfect for dining on hot summer evenings. The large living room, with propane fireplace, provides a comfortable area for relaxing after spending a busy day at the beach, playing golf, or visiting PEI’s numerous attractions.
