Modern penthouse apartment, luxurious, charming and sunny with great views of the sea / mountain view / view 4 communal swimming pools / garden view. Near the port, in the center of Puerto Banus with a choice of cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs, upscale shopping and vast beaches. Very spacious.

The kitchen includes a washing machine, oven, microwave, glasses, plates, utensils, and some of the main amenities.

Many bars, restaurants and clubs in front of the apartment with beautiful beaches and famous beach clubs

I can recommend restaurants or beach clubs and assist with local knowledge of places for fun such as ropes or go karting or shopping (corte ingles shopping center)

The apartment is located in the center of the harbor in front of many cafes places, famous bars in Puerto Banus (Sinatra, Salduba, Joys, The Havana Heminguay) and gourmet restaurants such as "Picasso", "Los Bandidos" , or "The Papardella" upscale boutiques and a few steps from famous beach clubs such as "Ocean Club Marbella", "La Sala", "Plaza beach" and many others. Also, several supermarkets are located with a walking distance of 1 minute and the local market is open every Saturday morning.

Taxi service is available out of the building to your left and a 10 second walk, private parking access to the harbor front line to only one private car (no cars with ads or logo of company are allowed because of port policy), very close to local bus service as well as hire cars / bikes / motorcycles and maritime highway nearby.

Smoking permitted in the apartment using an ashtray, if you please, and thank you.

Animals are not allowed in the whole building; it is a regulatory policy of the building in itself.

Celebrations and parties are allowed, with some noise limit. Thank you

Great location

I love visiting Puerto Banus, this apartment is in a great location and only a two minute walk away from the port, shops and bars and only a five minute walk to the neatest beach. Also a ten minute walk to ocean club and la sala by the sea, so all round a great location. The apartment itself could do with a little updating, we couldn't seem to get the oven to work and the sink on the top floor leaked, but generally we had a good stay.
