This Gulf Front Rental is a favorite in prestigious Secluded Dunes

Wind down Secluded Dunes at the North end of the Cape and leave your worries behind. Breathtaking views await you from your third floor living space. Kick back on our swing on the screened porch and relax.

Sunsation provides 3 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths with a fold out sofa. Sleeps 12.

The Gulf front Master has a king sized bed and has been reconfigured and newly decorated. The Gulf front guest room has a queen bed. The bunk room has twin bunks, a full bed with a pull out trundle which will sleep 6 children. The new driveway accommodates car and boat parking.

The home is equipped with a Verizon Wireless network extender for your Verizon cell phone service. Your Verizon cell phone will work here, when hardly anywhere else on the Cape.

About Dana Langford

Steve and Dana are now local residents after moving from Georgia where Steve was in the construction business for 40 years. They have 2 daughters, Mary Ann and Dagny. The Langfords have built two new vacation rentals in Park Point subdivision which they manage, also.

They have settled into Cape living and are involved in the community. They are usually seen riding their bikes on the 9 mile bike path and checking on their job sites.

Great week at the beach!

The house has perfect views where we watched dolphins swim daily. The accommodations were great and the Langford’s were a delight to work with. You won’t be disappointed when you stay here.

Great beach ,and just steps from it

We had a wonderful time here . Feels like your own private beach. Maybe fifth to last house on the cape ,so it's very secluded. We had a whole family vacation. My parents, four siblings and spouses, and 6 grandchildren. Everyone had a great time . Elevator was very helpful getting luggage and groceries from the car to their places . Caught our own supper for a couple of nights right from the beach . Who doesn't like fresh fish at the beach . Steve and Dana were great to work with we rented both properties from them . They really helped make our vacation something special . We come down 2-3 times a year really glad I found them we will definitely keep their contact info for future trips.

Wonderful home and beach

We absolutely love this area of Cape San Blas. This home was on a quite beach that is not overcrowded. We brought our boat, and it was really nice to have a security gate, as we felt much more comfortable having our boat and equipment in the driveway. Dana and Steve were great, and communicated often if there was anything that we may need to know. The home is lovely, clean, and the fact we could bring our dogs was a BIG PLUS. We just don't want to go to the beach without them. This area of Florida, around Cape San Blas in now one of our favorites. The beach is beautiful white sand, the water wonderful blue and green. We will certainly be back in Cape San Blas by next spring.

Sunsation is a lovely house on a beautiful section of beachfront property.

The owners were out of the country during our stay; but they still were kind enough to answer our call, and they worked to try to remedy a few issues that arose. We felt bad that we had to interrupt their vacation. They did send someone to kindly check on us, but we failed to ask for his contact number since we did not know at the time that the owners were away. We wish we had received the contact number of that person ahead of time so that we did not have to bother them on their vacation.
