This condo is on the top floor (4th). The view from the lanai is beautiful and is accessible from the living area and each bedroom with sliders. On the lanai there are 2 large ceiling fans, solar shades and glass sliders. These amenities will make this your favorite "room" regardless of weather or temperature.
In the afternoon it is the perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail and enjoy the boats passing by. Or you may want to wander a few steps to the gazebo and enjoy the sunset and sounds of the water.
The Master bedroom includes a King Size bed, large walk in closet and a full private bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and another full bathroom with Large Walk-in Shower. Both have access to the Lanai and water views. There are large pocket doors to access the second bedroom when open
expands the space for more enjoyment, breezes and views.
The kitchen is a peaceful space with the amenities for all of your cooking needs. The view of the Causeway Bridge and intra-coastal waterway is always beautiful. There is a stackable washer and dryer off the kitchen for your convenience.
Included is wireless internet, a HD flat screen 42" TV and Blu-ray player to enjoy after a day at the beach or lounging at one of the pools.
Those nights when cooking isn't for you, there are many restaurants offering diverse menus and enough choices to please everyone. You can be eating on the beach or hop over the bridge to town for dining. On the island and in town there are plenty of selections from funky to formal.
The Club House has a Full Kitchen, Pool table, Card table, Large Flat Screen TV and a Workout room with Private Showers. There is a computer in the Library where you can peruse the shelves for a 'good read' or just nap in one of the comfy leather chairs.
You have a wonderful advantage of keyless entry. From your assigned covered parking spot it is only a few steps to the elevator or the stairs. It is also only a few steps from our door to the trash chute. These amenities make living very carefree.
Hutchinson Island retains the charms of 'Old Florida:' tropical landscape, relaxing pace, friendly people, minimal traffic -- and no noise but waves. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the best of Florida! Fairwinds Cove because there is always a lovely breeze.
I have been visiting this area for the past 40 years and have always loved the charm of Jensen Beach. We have family and friends in the area and it's not far from the airport in West Palm. The lifeguarded beach is .4 of a mile away from my door and the Inter-coastal is in my front yard.

Crossing over from the mainland on the Causeway has always been a wonderful feeling. As we searched for our special place we kept returning to Fairwinds Cove.
This 160 unit gated community is spread out providing open green space, a beautiful place to walk. The gazebo is at the end of the pier providing panoramic views, a place to relax, fish, gather for sunset and watch the wild life including dolphins and manatees. It is a short walk to the beach, we feel we have the best both worlds have to offer here on this unique island.
We purchased this condo to be our retirement home. Till then we have decided to share it beyond family and friends who want to experience this wonderful area of Florida in what we feel is a very special complex.
There are mangroves between the complex and the ocean. A lovely propertyy to walk. Being on the island side of the Causeway bridge provides added conveniences. Turning left or right brings you easily to any convenience or adventure you seek.
We stayed for the winter season, January, February and March. The condo had all the essentials and there was a nice updated kitchen. The unit was spacious and beds were comfortable. Beautiful view of the inter-coastal waters. Close to the ocean and the location was great as far as shopping and restaurants. People were friendly and helpful. Grounds and pools were well-kept and not crowded. We liked it very much and are staying again next year.
Nice unit on a quite, comfortable, well-kept property in a great location. Stay in and relax, get out and walk, head to the beach, or to your choice of near-by, fun to discover restaurants. Situated in a great location, meticulously clean, well equipped with a choice of grocery stores right near by we settled right in and starting feeling like locals.
The property and unit was organized, in good working order and the keyless entry added a sense of freedom. Starting the day with a walk and choice of strolling the property, crossing the inter-coastal, heading to the beach and finishing with a swim in a pool that is not too hot, and not too cold will take years off your attitude.
This property is in a great location with a beautiful view. It is a quiet neighborhood and the pool is wonderful, always at the perfect temp, many times we had it all to ourselves. You can stroll over the nearby bridge that has a pedestrian walk, or you can walk the other direction to the beach. There are many great restaurants and grocery stores nearby! The location is perfect!
The unit is freshly painted and beautifully furnished. The porch is a great reading room, it has sliding doors if you like a breeze, is fully screened and has great sun blocking shades to block out the sun when it is strongest! This was my favorite room! The kitchen is fully equipped! The condo is spotless and welcoming!
You can do most everything wish or need to do without ever leaving Hutchinson Island. We are on the beautiful Jensen Beach Causeway so enjoying everything on the mainland in our wonderful village is only moments away.

* Approximate Monthly rates, actual rate will depend on the days of the month you stay There is a minimum of 3 months required for all rentals. There is a $1000.00 discount for a 6-month lease, November through April. No tax if the lease is written for 187 days minimum.

Travelers/Vacation rental insurance is highly recommended. There are no refunds after the first payment is received. Please be sure to review the lease and cancellation policy.
If a final cleaning is needed $150.00 will be deducted from the security deposit. I will arrive when the lease ends.
