On the top floor of the split level apartment you will find the master bedroom with a comfortable kingsize bed, seagull print cushions, Lighthouse style bedside lamps, double wardrobe, as well as the main bathroom tiled with 'Brighton Green' colour tiles, waterfall style basin tap plus separate shower cubical and bath tub.
Below on the first level you will find the second bedroom with a superbly comfortable double bed, wardrobe and yellow bedside tables with coordinating bedside lamps. There is a separate open plan kitchen, dining and living area. In the living area you will find a luxury double sofa bed that comes with a fully sprung mattress for a wonderfully restful night's sleep. There is also a TV, BlueRay player, collection of DVDs, SONOS Wifi enabled speaker as well as a dining table complete with chairs for up to four people, plus highchair available.
The fully fitted kitchen is very well-appointed including an integrated microwave, fridge freezer and full sized dishwasher, complete with all the cooking utensils, pots and pans, crockery and glassware to cook all the meals you require.
We also provide fresh bed linens, 2 x towels per guest, free high speed Wifi in all rooms, local area guide with personal recommendations, ironing board and iron plus 2 x hair dryers and basics such as salt & pepper, olive oil, ground coffee, tea bags and more.
By prior arrangement we can also provide a highchair, baby bath, travel cot and toddler mattress with bedding at a small extra cost. Please enquire for further details.
Moments from the seafront and centrally positioned, the area is full of historical Regency and Victorian architecture, fantastic restaurants, cafés, pubs, bars, plenty of shops as well as the famous seafront, Hove Beach Huts and Hove Lawns only 5 mins away, perfect for promenading and picnics by the seaside! Brighton's Churchill Square Shopping Centre shopping centre is only a 10min walk along Western Road leading onto many main attractions such as the North Laines, Royal Pavillon, The Palace Pier, The Brighton Centre, The Brighton Wheel and The Sea Life Centre.
We previously lived in Hove and still return to Brighton & Hove regularly where it never fails to show us a great time and continues to create happy memories. We are delighted to be able to share our seaside home from home with you to enjoy with your own friends and family!

There is a Taxi rank directly outside Brighton and Hove train stations, which does not require booking in advance, sometimes there is a small queue of people waiting but this tends to filter down quickly.
It takes approximately the following times to reach the apartment:
From HOVE Train Station:

TRAVELLING BY CAR:
Due to the city centre location of the apartment there is no free parking options available. Where possible we strongly recommend you travel by train to either Brighton or Hove train station and then take a taxi or walk to the apartment.
However if travelling by car is your preferred and only option then for affordable parking options please use the JustPark website to find a parking space near to the flat, simply enter the postcode for the flat and book a parking space online:

We recommend you do this as far in advance as possible to secure a space as parking spaces locally are in very high demand.
The other option is Norton Road Car Park Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BE located opposite Hove town hall. This is a multi-storey, pay & display at £5 per day and is a 10min walk.
To book a place at Norton Road Car Park register at you will need your email, phone number and bank card. If you have a smart phone download the Pay By Phone App from the same website so you can manage your booking on the go.
In order to unload/load your car at the apartment you can pull up onto the curb outside the building and then take your car to it's parking location.
As a last resort we can offer residential visitor parking vouchers but these come at an additional cost and are only on the basis of availability due to limited numbers.
TRAVELLING BY AIR:
Gatwick Airport is the nearest airport and takes a little under 30 mins direct to Brighton train station using the Gatwick Express service.
