Excellent location and Flat

The three of us enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was great, the Flat was as advertised and we had a great week.

Miguel was very responsive to all contacts and made the visit a hit. He was there to meet us when we arrived, showed us around the unit and was very easy to work with. When we had a minor problem with the WC, he promptly arranged for a plumber.

The added benefit of having an excellent restaurant at our doorstop was also a hit.

If I'm in need of this size unit in the future, Flat 1 will be my first choice.

Great location. Clean. Perfect for our group.

Miguel was great to work with as he allowed us to get in earlier than the regular check in time due to our flight into London arriving at 7:30am. The flat was a good size for our group of five adults. Loved the location. The satellite tv wasn’t working but it really wasn’t an issue for us since we weren’t there to watch tv. Got a little warm in the bedrooms but that was probably user error on the radiator heaters. Highly recommend. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Wonderful Location and interior Layout

Could not have been happier with the flat despite the early morning arrival of workmen upstairs repairing the roof. Everyone was very considerate and that is a short-term situation for those planing future travel. Bedrooms work well for 3 couples or fewer. The flat managers are communicative and helpful and the location between Earl’s Court and Kensington High Street is a real bonus, especially going to and from Heathrow. The Gastropub on ground floor level is another bonus although there are numerous other dining options within a 5-minute walk. Thank you Miguel and Ana for making everything so lovely!

Superb apartment for a family with kids

The flat is exactly as it looks in the photos and was very comfortable and convenient and spotless. We were a family of 6 (2 grand parents, 2 parents, 2 kids) and we felt comfortable and safe in the space. We cooked quite a bit and found the kitchen met our needs, also the washer and separate clothes dryer were great. Miguel and Janice were both very helpful and responsive. We thought the location was perfect, it is a clean, quiet, and upscale neighborhood, away from the bustle of the main tourist areas, but just a short bus or tube ride away. There are lots of little restaurants tucked away in the neighborhood and, as an added bonus, the flat is just half a mile from Jimmy Page’s house (you know it’s a good area when your neighbor is the guitarist from Led Zeppelin). A flat is the way to travel when you’ve got kids in tow and this flat was perfet for our two week stay in London!

Very convenient and comfortable flat, with well-equipped kitchen, good WIFI and TV.

This flat is above a pub/restaurant, The ABINGDON, which we enjoyed. There are 3 bedrooms and two baths, one of which is off a bedroom and is quite small. The kitchen is small too, but served our needs well. Nicely stocked, including laundry and dish soap - thank you. Our stay here of one week was good - we enjoyed having our own space vs being in a hotel. The flat is small - compact - but comfortable and clean. We had room to store all our luggage and clothing. Towel warmer in main bath was lovely. The carpets are a bit worn and there were a couple of untidy cupboards storing equipment and supplies, but we didn’t need to use those so it didn’t bother us. The location was great - nice quiet neighborhood and easy to get to the buses and Tube to other parts of London. Whole Foods is a 10-12 minute walk on Kensington High Street. Plenty of places to eat, shop, drink within 10 minutes walk. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it. Many thanks to Miguel for meeting us on our arrival to help us get our luggage up the stairs! Gracious host.
