About Tracy Langton-Jones
We love all that Spain has to offer. It is not until you travel inland, will you find the best that spain has to offer. We only intended to visit Ronda for one night 2007 yet we ended up buying a house in one of Ronda's pueblo blancos and the more we visited the area the more we fell in love with Ronda and its dramatic scenery and fantastic architecture. The bridge never fails to amaze us everytime we see it. Even on a rainy winters day in Ronda the street are filled with a happy buzzy atmosphere.
Tracy Langton-Jones purchased this House in 2014

If travelling by car, it is easy to find a free parking place close to the property.

Best in Ronda
If you are a couple going to Ronda we highly recommend you stay at Tracy's lovely apartment. The location is perfect, set in a lovely residential neighborhood just minutes from the town center. The apartment has been lovingly decorated by Tracy and Andy which makes it a pleasure to stay in. Most important Tracy and Andy are wonderful people. They try to accommodate your every need and they are extremely generous. How many apartments have you stayed in that leave you goodies in the fridge to get you started. They gave us lots of great recommendations on good restaurants and ideas on places to visit. Needless to say we had an amazing time in Ronda which wouldn't have been quite the same if we hadn't stayed at Tracy and Andy's lovely apartment. Don't hesitate book now!

Great stay in Ronda
We really enjoyed our two day stay at Tracy’s property. It was comfortable, clean and tastefully set up. The rooftop terrace was a great bonus - we spent hours up there relaxing and enjoying the sun and the view.
Tracy met us on arrival and gave us a really thorough run-through of the house, as well as lots of tips and suggestions for the sites and services of Ronda. Communication before and after our visit was first rate. We recommend this property.
Our early arrival and late departure were accommodated without problem. We were graciously greeted. The accommodations were perfect. Ronda is a wonderful city to visit. Would recommend highly.
Wonderful place to stay to enjoy Ronda
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home in Ronda. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a lovely terrace with great views to relax after a busy day of sightseeing!
Tracy and Andrew were very welcoming - even picking us up from the bus station - they gave us lots of local information and couldn't have been more accommodating. We would highly recommend their home and we will hopefully come back again to enjoy this fabulous place in the center of Ronda.
We hope you come back and see us. I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. Thanks for looking after the house.
All the best

Cozy and classy apartment in a beautiful town
Ronda is a jewel of a town and Tracy's apartment is a great place to stay for a couple + maybe a grown up kid. I would not recommend it for small children. The apartment is close to the center, yet in a peaceful part of the town. It's been tastefully renovated and decorated and very clean and comfy. The rooftop terrace is stunning. Tracy's was very helpful and our stay was perfect. We'll be back.
Property is reall cool . Well heated with pellet stove fireplace. Kitchen well equipped , everything about this place is nice
Thanks for the lovely review hope the weather improves for the rest of your holiday. Safe journey home.
Thanks for being such lovely guests
The New Bridge is the symbol of the city of Ronda, 100 meters high and opened on 4th November 1787 the views from it are etched I your memory for ever.
Our property is a 5 minute walk to the bridge and many other sites including The Mina Stairs, the Old Bridge, the Arab Bridge, The Arab Baths and the Pendant Gardens of Cuenca. Ronda has many museums including the Bandit Museum, Joaquin Peinado Museum and the Museum of Witchcraft. If Spanish wine is your thing then try the local regional wines. Ronda's wines are becoming more fashionable and its winemaking traditions date back to Roman times. Why not visit one or two of the areas Bodegas and sample some of the finest wines that Andulucia has to offer.
Ronda has many festivals, throughout the year and Christmas in Ronda is one of those special times. With the Living Nativity Parade on Kings Day where the streets are decorated and illuminated and lined with stalls selling handmade gifts and crafts. February sees the Carnival of Ronda with its colourful parade and music that can be heard all around the city. March or April brings the Holy Week, the most important event in the Catholic calendar, with a week of celebration ending with its dramatic masked parade. May sees the Real Fair with its great agricultural exhibition.
The Pilgrimage of the Virgen De La Cabeza happens in June. This party was prohibited during Franco's regime and now flourishes once again in dedication to its historic past.
September sees the Fair and Festival of Pedro Romero where the people of Ronda dress up in costumes to reinact scenes from Goyers paintings.
The Natural World is on our doorstep here in Ronda. With its many National Parks protecting the Flora and Fauna of Andalucía. The Sierra de las Nieves is great for walking in the Spring and Autumn. The Natural Park of Sierra De Grazalema and the Village of Grazelema is a lovely place to visit and have lunch. There are many pretty villages to visit in the area all with wonderful views and a unique character. These include Zahara, Montejaque, Grazelema and Sentinel to name but a few of our personal favourites.
The National Parks are also great for outdoor pursuits such as cycling, hiking, paragliding, rock climbing , horse riding. These are among the activities that you can participate in, around Ronda throughout the year.
For something more sedate, the Ronda Region offers excellent birdwatching opportunities. Including rare birds and birds of prey or people watch from one of the numerous bars and cafes that seem to be on every street corner. In the evening why not catch a show at one of Ronda Flamenco clubs.
There is so much to do in Ronda and the surrounding areas, it can be difficult to fit everything in. However you decide to spend your time here, we hope you will enjoy your stay at Casita Gris and that you fall in love with Ronda, often referred to as the City of Dreams, as we did.
