About this property

This private cottage on a private drive, just a short walk away from private beach (closed to the public but shared to all of our surrounding tenants).
Fully furnished includes washer/dryer, cable, WiFi, heat & central air. Living area includes a coach and love seat, 60" flat screen; fully functional kitchen, full bath with tub/shower; master: queen size bed & dressers; Room 2: full size bed and twin bed w/dressers; Room 3: full size bed with closet and desk. All linens provided including bed, bath and kitchen. we also supply two rolls of toilet paper, two trash bags, one roll of paper towels, hand soap and dish soap. we do not provide laundry supplies.
No air mattresses or portable beds permitted for any reason.
Back yard with fire pit (wood not provided), charcoal grill (charcoal not provided) and patio furniture including table and seating for 6 and a couch with seating for 2. Parking for four cars, two wide and two deep. NO SMOKING.

It was amazing

It was absolutely amazing. We had an excellent trip and did not want to leave! The cottage was exactly as described and had plenty of room for our family of 6.

Barefoot bungalow

Everything went very well with the property. My friends were very happy with the property. We had a blast!!! The only negative is going through VRBO. I probably will not go through VRBO again. Too many mistakes with booking. Didnt like having to take out a loan to secure the property and the interest rate. Ridiculous. Corporate greed.

Located on a private drive with private beach access (closed to the public but private to all of our surrounding tenants) and 1/4 mile from the famous Geneva on the Lake strip! There are no trespassing signs by beach but that is just for the public. Feel free to walk or drive down!!!
