Outside on the balcony is a second dining table with four chairs allowing evening meals and drinks around the table -perfect for al fresco dining on warm Adriatic evenings! Remote controlled reverse cycle air conditioning allows comfortable ambient temperature both in summer and winter. For users of hire cars or those bringing their own there is a remote accessed gated entry to a car lift allowing the car to be securely parked off the street on a higher level.

About the size on Northern Ireland ,it has over a hundred beaches and a contrasting inland of dramatic mountains, endless pine forests and medieval walled towns. It is now emerging with its own newly found identity to stake its claim on the European holiday front,but with a greater variety than other countries may offer.
The Budva Riviera : The coastline has a mild Mediterranean climate with short mild winters and sunny warm summers,averaging 10-12 hours of sunshine per summer's day.The Budva riviera is the centre of the holiday and leisure area and Becici's long beach and calm sea have established it as an ideal holiday resort.
This apartment is seven minutes from Becici beach yet quietly nestled up against the mountainside.This location gives the best of both worlds,with panoramic views to the sea and the untouched mountains to the rear.
Flying to Montenegro.: Montenegro has two airports : Podgorica (approx. 60 kms from Becici ) and Tivat (approx.20 kms from Becici )
Dubrovnik ,in Croatia,is also very accessible and has more frequent flights and more competitive prices than the above airports.Travel from this airport to the apartment is approx.1.25 hrs by car and this provides a lovely vista as you travel on the coastal road down to Montenegro.
Car hire can be easily ordered at the airport but please book in advance and remember to tell the company that you are travelling over the border to Montenegro to ensure they supply you with a green card to cross the border.
Please also remember to travel with dipped headlights at all times !
Spacious (54 sq mtrs ), penthouse apartment furnished with luxurious imported Italian furniture . One twin bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed allow for a maximum of 4 people. Sea and mountain views from the balcony, and the easiest access to the communal swimming pool.This is the smaller sister apartment of no.32 next door which has 2 twin bedrooms and a sofa-bed accommodating up to 6 people .
The apartment is spacious and has a contemporary modern feel. Very clean and great amenities. It has a fantastic view to the sea and a quaint balcony to enjoy a nice glass of beer or wine after a long day in the sun.
In the local vicinity there are several markets along the road side but we frequented the Mega Market in Budva to pick up our groceries. Local beer Tivo and a nice sauvignon wine both can be purchased at a very cheap price.
Becici beach is on the door step 400m from the apartment and well worth spending the day there. Take a stroll along the promenade in either direction.
The pool is clean and great for an early morning swim but I would recommend exploring the many secluded beaches along the coast with a hire car. Milocer and Sveti Stefan are two of the best. A road map is essential for peace of mind but there is only one main road. A drive to Kotor is also a recommended day trip. Great scenery and very picturesque old city.
Budva old town is a nice place to eat out, shop and explore. The restaurants recommended in the document I received before we went served excellent food. Tri Ribara in Becici, and Jardan and Portos in Budva Old Town amongst the best.
You can find some great water sports along Budva beach and in the harbour. Parasailing over the old town was a breath taking experience.
The apartment was perfect for me and my girlfirend, great! I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to experience a different holiday away from the usual British holiday makers hot spots.
We were two adults and two 14 year old boys who were sleeping in a sofa bed. We liked the apartment and it´s location. Nice view from the balcony and the pool was very close to the apartment. Due to the car elevator, we had a safe private parking place for our rental car. The written information that we got from the owner prior to our arrival was very worthful.
We enjoyed our family holidays in Becici. The appartment is spacious, quiet, in a nice residence, with swimming pool. It seems brand new with nice and modern furniture. The location is just perfect for daily excursions. You can also park easily, there is a private parking with a car elevator. The view over Sveti Stefan is gorgeous.
Montenegro is a wonderful country.
This was the second time i have visited & really hope to go again in the future. if i am to go again i would seriously consider renting this apartment again.
Very modern, clean & spacious. Wonderful sea views from the balcony, also very quiet as the complex is set well back from the road.
Easy access to all of the resorts along the Montenegrin coast, Budva is only 5 minutes by bus or car, Przno and Svetti Stefan being equally accessible in the opposite direction. Beccici beach is a stones throw away.the apartment also has a nice clean pool to the rear.
All in all a perfect getaway.
First impression of the apartment is really nice modern and clean. We were so impressed with the view beautiful mountains backdrop with crystal clear sea. We spent a lot of the time sitting on the balcony as it really is quite peaceful. The pol is really nice to chill by and has sun all day.
I would reccommend exploring as the surrounding areas are worth visiting.
We had no car and got the bus from budva so if you can't get one this is an ok option
Overall, we were satisfied with the apartment. It was spacious and well furnitured. The pool was very conveniently located 15 m from our front door. We also enjoyed our balcony, which was large enough and offered us a nice see view on Budva Bay. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and it was very convenient to have a washing machine.
We had good e-mail contact with the (UK based) owner and nice contact with the landlady. Payments to and from the UK went smoothly.
Upon arrival, the floor was a bit dusty/sandy, but we were probably the first visitors in the season. Two minor drawbacks were a not working main light in the bathroom and a snowy image on the television.
All in all, we can recommend this apartment. We had a very good time.

Another day you can walk or have a short drive to Budva, a medieval walled town on the bay, with plenty to offer in modern facilities, nightlife, restaurants, culture & history. Kotor bay, Skadar Lake, & the capital, Podgorica, are all within easy driving distance.
