Exclusive and modern front line beach apartment. 2 bed apartment sleeps up to 4. A large terrace (50m2) having outside dining furniture, sunbeds and overlook the garden and the sea with direct access to the pool and garden. Marble floor throughout the apartment. The lounge has great and comfortable seating, wifi, optic fiber, TV HD 40", TV satellite. The kitchen is fitted with high-end appliances (fridge, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave), toaster, coffee machine and marble worktop. Both bedrooms have 2 bathrooms, one with bath and one with a shower unit. Bathrooms with underfloor heating. Master bedroom with direct access to the terrace.

The urbanization has gardens and direct access to the beach, large pool with waterfall and sun loungers.

Located in Sinfonía del Mar, in between Estepona and Puerto de la Duquesa, 5 minute drive away from all the necessary ammenities, including excellent golf courses, one of them being Finca Cortesín, home of the Volvo Masters and only a few steps away from the beach. Beautiful views over the gardens, Mediterranean sea, Estepona, Gibraltar, and the spectacular sunrise. Development with excellent well mantained community, large garden and pool. Community parking at the entrance of the property very convenient.

Situated in a quiet area and only a short drive from the seaside resort of Estepona where you can walk in the narrow cobbled streets of the old town enjoying the small squares in which to enjoy their terraces or choose one of the numerous delightly restaurants and tapas bars or take a walk along the nice promenade.

Hello, my name is Marisa, I am Spanish and resident in Estepona. For many years I have professionally been dedicated to the legal sector in Madrid. Since a few years I live permanently in Estepona, an amazing small town on the Costa del Sol that makes you fall in love with it from the first moment.

For the rental of this apartment we have applied our experience as guests to correct all those defects that we have discovered in the rental of other apartments. From your first day until your check-out we will be at your disposal to solve any inconvenience that may arise.

Lovely apartment with every convenience, an amazing terrace and stunning view

We had a fantastic week at this property. It has everything you need for a really relaxing holiday. Marisa was absolutely charming and couldn't have been more helpful with advice and recommendations. She responded extremely promptly to any issues that arose. On arrival she had kindly supplied a bottle of water and more delightfully, a lovely bottle of rosado. The apartment complex was quiet and there was always plenty of loungers by the pool although perhaps this was because it was early in the season. In our opinion you definitely require a car but it's easy then to visit Estepona, Marbella and Gibraltar (to name but three). We enjoyed three days getting out and about and then spent the other four days enjoying the relaxing benefits of the apartment. Very happy to recommend this property and we will definitely return.

You won't want to leave!

This is a fantastic apartment right on the sea. The terrace is spectacular, with expansive sea views, gorgeous morning sunrises, sunbeds and a table for outdoor dining. Our first morning there we saw dolphins. There is direct access to the water with a walkway to walk along the sea. Marisa's apartment is immaculate, modern and very comfortable. There is parking right out front and the apartment is in a great location to get to Estepona, Marbella, Ronda and all of the Costa del Sol. You definitely need a car here.

Marisa is very kind and professional. She arranged for extra clean linens and towels for our stay, and left us a bottle of wine upon our arrival. We did not try the pool, but it is large and has many sun loungers around it. We would definitely recommend this apartment!

we enjoyed the apartment and the location, we used the property as our base for almost a week

The location was perfect to visit Gibraltar, Casares and Ronda in particular. The pool and waterfront were ideal for our time in Estepona while relaxing.

Fantastic apartment overlooking the sea!

We stayed here for the first week of August, with our two young boys. Marisa met with us to show us around and then swiftly left us to our own devices. Marisa is very professional, helpful and friendly and even left us refreshments on the fridge.

The apartment is spotless and comfortable.

The wow factor is the huge terrace with loungers and a dining table. The terrace directly overlooks the pool and has amazing sea views. We loved getting up in the morning and having breakfast looking at the lovely sea view and great sunrise if you are up early enough!

The beach opposite the apartment is rocky but you don't have to walk far to get to another beach.

There are nice restaurants nearby, especially the chiringuitos! A car is recommended to get out and about.

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt zum Jahresabschluss

Sehr schöne großzügig gestaltete Ferienwohnung, super Ausstattung, ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene, tolle Terasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Marisa ist eine prima Gastgeberin, hat uns vorab schon hervorragend informiert über Anreise und Angebote in der Umgebung, war jederzeit zu erreichen und immer hilfsbereit.

Die Bilder der Webseite entsprechen absolut der Realität, alles ist wirklich so schön wie dort dargestellt. Das einzige was uns vorher nicht bewusst war, dass die Schnellstraße (A7) direkt vor dem Gebäudekomplex vorbei führt und das zweite Schlafzimmer in dieser Richtung liegt (unsere Kinder 25, 23 haben trotzdem gut geschlafen).

Mit dem Auto lässt sich die wunderschöne Umgebung gut erkunden.

Eine superschöne Woche, mit viel Sonne und angenehmen Temperaturen - eine tolle Alternative zum mitteldeutschen Winter.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.
