Central location. Recently refurbished is now a first class standard of accommodation, ideally located in a quite place, Quinta da Bela Vista, between the New & Old Towns of Albufeira. A 10/15 minute walk from the beach, old town and strip. There are supermarkets, restaurantants and shopping center nearby (50-200meters).

The appartment is in a ground floor, well equipped and it is also good for couples with kids since it is very close to a garden for small kids. It is also very close to the beach. In the winter is good for retired people, since you can walk around everywhere and it is very quiet. The flat has one room with about 16m2, kitchenet and the sitting room where there are 2 sofas that can turn in two bed

We really enjoyed our stay in your apartment.  The location was perfect as it was just ten minutes to walk to the beach or to the Old Town.  New Town was also just a ten minutes walk.  The apartment is located in Bellavista, which is a lovely, quiet residential area.  There are two excellent supermarkets very close by, as well as lots of shops. We really enjoyed the variety of cafes and restaurants within a few minutes from the apartment.  As we explored the area we found some lovely restaurants with excellent food and friendly service.At night time we could avail of entertainment in the nearby hotels which meant that we were close to home at the end of the night. The apartment itself was perfect for our needs.  It was spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean.  I enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the evenings when the sun shone there.  The apartment would be ideal for a family as everything was provided. We highly recommend this apartment for enjoying the area in and around Albuf

Albufeira is acknowledged to be one of the premier holiday destinations of the Central Algarve. Within easy reach are good Blue Flag beaches with all the facilities you would expect. The centre offers an abundance of facilities to cater for your every day needs including the Fishermans Beach which is lined with Restaurants and Bars. There is no shortage of good restaurants in the vicinity and Albufeira is a cosmopolitan borough with a multitude of Historic Interests, pleasant walks, Golf Courses and shopping facilities. Within a 10 minute drive of the apartment is 'Algarve Shopping' which not only has 90 shops but also several varying type of Restaurants and also a Ten Pin Bowling Alley and 9 Screen Cinema showing films in both Portuguese and English.

Excellent value; clean and good location

An very good experience staying here. The owner (very nice gentleman) collected and returned us to airport for a reasonable fee and was very flexible and accommodating.

Apartment is clean, bright and in a good location - it is far enough away from old-town and the strip to be quiet but not too far to be isolated. If you enjoy a 1/2 mile walk this is the ideal place! Particularly good for physically active adults, who don't want to be in 'party central'.

Pingo Doce supermarket is very close, as are bars, restaurants and bakeries of good quality. Beach is not particularly close walk, but the bus stop is 100 yards away and takes you everywhere. Bus straight into old town takes approx 2 minutes.

Water and electricity are charged separately to apartment. We paid €30 in total for two weeks, so still very reasonable, but be aware.

Kitchen appliances are good, washing machine is a bonus and boiler is easy to switch on and off.

Summary, we would definitely stay again.

Ideally situated

Mauro, the owner met us at the airport and took us to the apartment and explained how to use the various appliances. The beds were comfortable with adequate bedding. The property was very clean and was accurately described in the listing. The property was well situated - five minute walk to the local bus stop where buses will take you all over Albufeira.

Close to the bus stop are 2 excellent large supermarkets - one, Pingo Doce has an excellent restaurant where fish and steaks are grilled in front of you at a very good price. A 15 minute walk will get you to the bus station or the municipal market. The market is open most mornings for fresh fish, meat and vegetables. It is an easy walk to the Old Town with a wide range of bars and restaurants. Excursions to other parts of the Algarve can be booked locally with an easy pick up point. There is a local bar very close by - The Sports Bar with all the TV sports in English being shown and the price of drinks being very reasonable. My wife and I enjoyed our 4 week stay and would definitely recommend this apartment for its location and value for money. Mauro took us to the airport at the end of our stay.

as dias em abufeira gostamos muito, o apartamento e muito bonito!!!

o proprietario e muito muito simpatico!!ele ajuda em qualquer problema ou perguntar!!

em ca de 200m tem supermecado e restaurantes com comida boa e barato!!ate na praia se andar ums 15 min., uma praia mais linda do que a outra!!!

vale a pena de passar as feirais na algarve!! nos vamos voltar com certeza neste lindo lugar!!! muito obrigado para tudo!!!!!!

Ficamos felizes por escolherem e gostarem do nosso apartamento para disfrutar de um tempo muito importante para vocês como é o período de férias. O apartamento está de facto localizado em zona central de Albufeira e facilmente podem deslocar-se a pé. Tem restaurantes económicos na zona. Supermercado próximo a menos de 100m. Podem deslocar-se a pé para a praia, para a zona velha e para a parte também movimentada da Oura. Bem hajam e voltem. Muito obrigado.

Lovely apartment, great location

Lovely little apartment, great location! It is very near to both the old and new town (and beaches) as well as supermarkets and cafes. Also very close to the bus station if you want to venture further afield.

Would definitely stay here again when we go back, had a great holiday and even managed to catch some sun in december.

brilliant location

The location of this apartment is really first class, we were here for a month and never tired of Albufeira. As I enjoy cooking it was a delight to have such efficient hob, oven and microwave and the water was lovely and hot too. There are 2 excellent supermarkets in very easy reach selling wonderful fresh produce (the fish was fabulous. Also nearby was the Ticket Shop where we booked for trips out we went to Gibraltar and Seville both extremely good value for money. The local buses also are within easy reach as is the Happy Train which trundles around all day if you are either too hot or tired to walk back from the beach or old town. Mauro was a pleasure to deal with, answered emails promptly and provided airport transport at a competitive price.If you want a really good meal go to The Cockerel Kitchen just off the Strip highly recommended.

April Short Break

I enjoyed my week, the apartment was just what I needed, everything was supplied and the apartment was clean and tidy. Transport to and from the airport was very welcome as I had a late flight and it was an hour late, but that didn't seem to bother the owner.


for everything, would definitely come back again.
