One bedroom apartment with private terraces next to the Cathedral.

Magnificent penthouse with terraces and stunning views located a few meters from the Cathedral.

Apartment furnished and equipped entirely new in October 2016. It consists of a bedroom with en suite bathroom, a lovely living room (with sofa bed) and a fully equipped kitchen.

Both the living room and bedroom have direct access to one of the private, large furnished terraces with garden furniture Access: dining table and chairs and sofa area. From the terrace and through a spiral staircase leads to the other, even bigger and enabled as solarium for sunbathing private terrace. The views of the Cathedral are unbeatable. A real treat.

Garcia de Vinuesa street where the apartment is located is one of the best and most well known of Seville. It is safe and quiet at any time of day, but in turn has much life in it as are many shops and popular restaurants in the city. It is just a few meters from the Cathedral, the Giralda or the Alcazar, so you can walk to all attractions.

DEPOSIT: You will be asked for the card details upon arrival at the apartment.

Absolutely wonderful!

The apartment is perfectly located, very well maintained and with excellent air conditioning. The outside terrace is beautiful and lovely to enjoy, particularly in the mornings and evenings. The area is quiet, yet just steps away to tons of restaurants, bars, shops etc. Most impressive however was the customer service provided by the property management team. We met 3 of their employees who each were extremely friendly and helpful. Best customer service experience we've ever had. It is clear they want to ensure you have a lovely stay in Seville, which we absolutely did! Thank you Genteel Homes!

Nice apartment in a very central location

Nice apartment in good central location very close to main attractions. All on the one level, and a great big terrace accessible off the living room. It is on quite a noisy street, so wasn't as peaceful as other apts we've stayed in in Seville (in the older part of town where the cars don't go), but this didn't bother us too much. Spotlessly clean and the arrangements for arrival were very good and straightforward. Couldn't really complain about anything (except maybe the bathroom which was a poor design- kept bumping my elbow whilst brushing my teeth as the whb is far too close to the window and very little room to move) but I felt it was a bit overpriced compared to other apts we've stayed in which have been equally nice but a bit cheaper AND on quiet streets. Also considering the cost, I'd have expected just a little more in the way of toiletries and provisions in the kitchen. The basics were there, but it didn't have that "luxury" few touches which I suppose I expected.

As you have checked on arrival we also have coffee, salt, oil, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, etc for our guests during their stay in the apartment. We would be happy to hear your suggestion on things that we could have in the apartments to fulfill your expectations. Regarding the price, if you compare the prices of the apartments in the same location where you where staying (right in the city center, next to the Cathedral and the main atractions in Seville..) and with terrace, you will see that we offer an average price. Your apartment had 2 private terraces, each of more than 20 square meters each, so it is even below the average price for apartments with these caracteristics and location. Thank you again for your appreciation and we will take into account your suggestions to improve our services.

Magnifique

L'accueil parfait, agrémenté de très bons conseils. Le magnifique appartement est très propre et très confortable, la literie est parfaite et la cuisine très complète. Sa situation très proche de tout. Les terrasses sont magnifiques. Séville est une magnifique ville. Seul bémol, lors de notre séjour il y avait des travaux dans l'immeuble voisin.
