Experience beachfront luxury at this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit. Overlook the sparkling Gulf of Mexico and sandy white beach from the 20th floor with breathtaking views. Only three condos occupy each floor of this 22 story building with just 64 units. A large balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows to make the most of the beautiful scenery. Luxurious extra touches such as 10-foot ceilings, crown molding, granite counter-tops, large balcony and much more! The amenities include assigned beach side parking, high-speed WiFi, beachfront pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and fitness center.

** The assigned parking spot is conveniently located close to the elevator but the parking spot is tight. The parking spot is located one level down and there is a concrete pillar next to it that makes it difficult to get in and out of the spot with a large vehicle. It is designed for a midsize car. Large cars, SUVs and trucks will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Condo was lovely and we had an awesome time. But parking is awful.

We had a great time the condo was huge and we loved it. Parking was awful. They really have to figure out something. There is only one parking spot that is reserved for one small car per condo. and I mean small car. and the rest of the family has to park across the street ( which is first come first serviced and then you have to be careful because if there is a condo number on the sign you cannot park there you will be towed)- was told there was an over flow lot, but was not told that there where only 8 spots for the whole building or in public parking behind that. We did get lucky the week we where there and did not have to pay to park in the public parking lot. If you have to park there it is normally $5 a day. But once we got the parking taken care of, it was a very awesome vacation.

Very nice condo with a breath-taking view!!!

My family and I recently vacationed in PCB and stayed in this condo. It is a very nice condo (3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms) with an over-sized balcony with a view that is breath-taking! The condo was nicely equipped with all three bedrooms having comfortable beds, 3 large bathrooms, and up-to-date amenities. We had an issue with the refrigerator upon arrival, but the issue was quickly resolved. Overall, this condo is a very nice unit.

Not Good

First when we got there the condo only had 2 elevators and people we trapped on one. there was an hour and a half wait for the other one. We carried part of our stuff up 20 flights of stars. Then the unit only had 1 partial roll of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms. On top of that you can't part a decent size car in the parking spaces, oh and there was no parking passes in the condo. There was never any parking available in the overflow parking. There was no sheets for the sofa pullout. The comforter in the master br was filthy and there was no dish towels in the kitchen. The unit wasn't that clean either. And almost every day one off the elevators was down part of the time. You could not find a luggage cart when you needed it. Now in his defense Brian Forehand came out at 11:00PM and brought us sheets for the pullout and came back Sunday with the parking passes and some kitchen towels. In short this is the last time I will stay at the Ocean Ritz especially at the price we paid

Owner's Response: For future guests. When coming down to the beach during the peak rental season the beach will be fully packed. Every condo has issues with parking and elevators during this time. The Ocean Ritz is one of the smaller condo developments with just 63 units and just 3 units per floor. Ocean Ritz has two 2 high-speed elevators, unlike the larger condominium complexes down here that require multiple sets of elevators. Waiting for an elevator at the Ocean Ritz is normally not an issue. The unit has a great assigned parking spot close to the elevators but it is tight. The assigned parking spot is one level down and has a pillar on one side of the parking spot. It is not suitable for large vehicles or tall vehicles. The overflow parking lot is done on a first come basis. During busy rental season the overflow lot can be full but there is a large public parking lot right behind it that you can use for a small daily fee. If the cleaning crew forgets anything or if there are any cleaning issues we will address them right away even if that means a late night trip. The guests have my cell phone number so I'm easy to reach and very responsive. This is a beautiful unit with upscale furniture both inside and out. This unit has one of the largest balconies in town and the Ocean Ritz is in an amazing location, close to all the fun things to do.

Spring Bike Week 2017

We all enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Ritz. Already looking forward to another trip in the fall. We had three couples and it was nice that we all had our own private space. We were able to enjoy coffee in the morning on the balcony. In the evening we were able to watch a beautiful sunset over the ocean. The only problem we had was the elevator was out for a short period of time. One of our couples got caught and ended up walking up 20 flights of stairs. However, we did get a good chuckle at their expense. Other than that we all had a great time! Will definitely look at staying at this property again in the future.

If you enjoy great views and beachs this is the place to go. The location was wonderful. Everything I needed was driving distance from the condo. I will be coming back soon.
