Wonderful 2 bed apartment at the heart of Corralejo, recently renovated and equipped with everything needed to live a pleasant stay.

Just 5-8 minutes walk away from the main beach , harbour and main strip of Corralejo.

Comes with a stunning Roof terrace with 360 degrees views to Lanzarote, Lobos, Sea and Volcano views.

This great and bright Apartment consists of a bathroom with shower, a living room, kitchen and two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds.

The views from the living room and bedroom are just spectacular, direct views to 180 degrees to volcano and ocean views.

Property contains , TV, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, french press coffee machine , Fridge Freezer ,Washing Machine and Oven.

Reservation Detail:

After you successfully submit your reservation request, you will receive an e-mail response from the home owner or property manager, within the next 12 hours. At this point, the full details of your confirmed reservation including the address of the property and the contact details of your local host will be shared with you through e-mail.

At the arrival of the property we require 10£ pound key deposit in case of keys getting lost. We will refund it at the check out.

I'm just a simple guy that lives in London for the past 18 years and after a little visit to Corralejo fell in Love with this wonderful paradise that I cant take out of my mind.

I grew up in Germany , I'm from North of Spain and love the outdoor sports that this Island offers all year round.

Why Dan chose Corralejo

This property is located in a very strategic point of Corralejo. Ideal for people that wants to be near the buzz but in a very tranquil relax area. This property is literally 5 minutes walk to the main Harbour, Beach, Restaurants, Commercial Streets, Bus , Taxis, anything you need is just less than 5 minutes away. This is considered a fantastic property in Corralejo, living in the middle of locals getting a real taste of what Corralejo offers. Views from this property are outstanding, 180 degrees views to Volcano, Mountain and Ocean . Also the flat is very airy, spacious and has a private balcony which is great to eat outside with this great views. On the top floor ( roof terrace ) where you can access by lift its a great sun pool terrace and once again with 360 degrees views to mountain, ocean, lanzarote, lobos and the whole Corralejo city where you can take advantage of awesome views.

Location, Shopping, Walking distance anywhere in Corralejo, no need of car as everything is just minutes away, harbor, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, Schools, hospitals, bike rentals, surf schools any water activity is just walking distance from the flat.

A nice appartment

This apartment is clean, modern and comfortable. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed looking across the road towards the twin wind turbines, the other looks inwards to the block and there is no outward view. The living area is well equipped with a hob, oven, large fridge freezer and a washing machine. There is free WiFi and a tv although we did not use this. There are two sofas and a dining room table and chairs. There is a good sized balcony with a patio table and chairs to seat four. There is also a bookcase holding a good selection of English books. The balcony gets the afternoon sun. There were no sun chairs. The roof area is huge but in this visit, the pool was out of commission and empty. The apartment block itself is situated well for the supermarket (next door) where all of your provisions are obtainable. The apartment is also adjacent to the busses which is good for transport links but does give some noise when parked running. There is ample car parking (always hard in town) on the rough ground opposite the apartment and you can see your car from the balcony. Towels were provided (not beach towels). The shower (over bath) was hot and water pressure is very good. The alpartment is easy to find and access/egress is straight forward. Veronica met us at the apartment on check in and was charming. We communicated with Dan prior to arrival and he was always very quick to respond, answering all of our questions. Walking down to the town takes maybe ten minutes to music square (maybe a little less). The apartment is on the second floor and there is a lift although this became defective for two or three days during our stay. This is not a holiday resort, it is a comfortable, residential place to stay in a place we know well and love.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment, centrally located.

Enjoyed our 6 week stay in corralejo.

Unfortunately the apartment did not meet up to our expectations for an extended holiday, we were expecting a fantastic luxury apartment as described on your website.

The apartment was very basic and uncomfortable.

More ideally suited for a family.

Aware that it was situated on a main road, but didn't anticipate the noise rendering the balcony unusable.

We appreciated Dan sorting out some initial problems, bathroom light repair and new sofa.

Excellent apartment, excellent service!

Apartment is lovely, very central and fab views. Sun sets directly in front of the balcony. As long term visitors to Correlejo couldn't have been more perfect for us. Dan and Virginia couldn't have been more accommodating - particularly when we managed to lock ourselves out! Virginia arrived quickly and with a smile to rescue us! Would love to stay again and would recommend highly 😊

All esa right only the couch was very old, but in resume that flat was nice to leaf 10 days in corralejo.
