Cote D'Azur between Cannes & St Tropez, only 45 minutes from Nice airport.

A spacious, light, 3rd & 4th floor duplex apartment of 60m2 in gated residence over-looking the sea, with lift, air conditioning, Free WiFi, secure parking, three terraces and use of large swimming pool set in beautiful landscaped communal gardens.

The third floor entrance leads to a welcoming hallway, W.C, bathroom, and bright, large bedroom with kingsize bed, ample storage, new air con and a West facing balcony with loungers and views across the bay.

Upstairs to the light and open-plan lounge and dining area with new dining table and four chairs, TV, new DVD, Free WiFi, CD player, games, toys & books, two armchairs and a large sofa. (The sofa bed opens into a comfortable double bed.) A large terrace with garden furniture leads off from the lounge with panoramic views of the port, the bay of St Raphael and across the sea to St Tropez.

On the same floor there is the fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher & new washing machine and a door leading onto a large East facing terrace, with garden furniture.

The fabulous pentagonal swimming pool (open to members only from May to end of October) is set in an elevated southerly position in the gardens with patio surround for sunbathing and views to the sea and Port Santa Lucia.

The Residence is maintained to a very high standard, clean and bright with well lit communal areas.

There is an allocated parking bay at the back of the building plus a secure underground parking space with private access from the road and a lift, the door being opposite the parking space to the right, which can take you and your luggage straight up to the apartment.

The apartment is perfect for couples, families and friends with a wide range of activities available locally including; fishing, diving, horse riding, kayaking, sailing, water skiing, hiking and swimming, or you can relax on one of the three terraces with a cool drink and enjoy the sea views and the Esterel mountains.

The main sandy beaches in St Raphael are moments away and there are countless rocky beaches for climbing and exploring with walks that start opposite the residence.

You do not need a car to enjoy the local amenities with the beaches and town only a walk away from the apartment. There is also a reliable local bus service in to St Raphael, Boulouris and Frejus should you wish to explore further.

The nearby port of Santa Lucia across the road provides plenty of shopping opportunities, including your morning croissant and baguette, and attractions with bars, restaurants, supermarket, tabac, fish market & ATM dispenser plus the nearby sailing school.

Guests can reach the vibrant centre of St Raphael by foot following the sea outside the apartment, to the right, or taking the bus outside the residence.

The town of St Raphael offers wonderful provencal markets, a carousel, restaurants, firework displays, shops and the multi screen Lido Cinema.

Neighbouring Frejus has traditional markets, the cathedral, botanical gardens, Roman ruins, Inter Kart Racing plus Luna Park and Aqualand water parks.

Bed linen and bath towel package available to rent for €30 payable at check in.

Cleaning fee is €60 and also payable upon arrival.

Beach towels are not included.

Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday with Check in from 16.00 and Check out at 10.00.

No Smoking and No Pets at the property.

About Jane Berridge

We started coming to Le Mexico as a young family about 11 years ago. We've returned every year to spend our summers here and now it feels like a home from home. We enjoy the location and the beaches on offer, the year round entertainment with concerts, comedy shows, movies and festivals plus the proximity to the sea, the town and beautiful Esterel mountains.

There is so much to do here for all ages and it's also perfect for a relaxing break or romantic getaway.

We are very excited to have finally bought our own apartment and look forward to spending more wonderful holidays on the Riviera, enjoying the sailing, swimming, hiking, food, history and all that the local area has to offer.

St Raphael is quite simply the perfect holiday destination with access to stunning beaches, quality sports provision, picturesque lakes and mountains plus a vibrant town.

Le Mexico is a very secure and well maintained residence with a stunning pool and beautiful gardens, located a few metres from the sea affording wonderful views of St Raphael and the coast line.

What makes this apartment unique

St Raphael is ideally located just 45 minutes from Nice airport by car and it has a great train service connecting you to Cannes, Marseilles, Toulon, Avigon and the TGV up to Paris.

The location of the apartment is ideal because everything you need is within walking distance so you do not need a car. You have access to sandy beaches in town or remote rocky beaches towards Boulouris, only 15 minutes away. St Raphael is a short walk away as is Frejus and both offer outstanding and varied entertainment for all the family.

If you bring a car there are many places to visit further afield. 30 minutes away to the north is the beautiful Lac de St Cassein with pedalos, inflatable games, hiking and swimming or the Fargonard Perfumery in Grasse is an hour to the East.

Monaco and it's famous casino is 50 miles along the coast with the towns of Northern Italy only a couple of hours beyond that.

A new service from the St Raphael Ferry Terminal can take you to the Iles d'Hyeres which is a small group of beautiful islands off the coast. Visitors can spend the day on Porquerolles or Port-Cros, swimming in crystal clear waters, watching dolphins, exploring the mountains or national parks.

During Winter months there is fabulous Skiing in the French Alps at Isola 2000, only a 2.5 hour drive away, or the slopes of Valberg can be reached in under two.

Great Holiday Location

Together with my husband and two daughters, we had a gorgeous week in this apartment. The location is perfect with a sea view and convenient for shops and beach. It is fantastically well equipped and the swimming pool is a joy. The owner was extremely helpful and answered all queries very promptly. The onsite contact, Christine, was also really helpful and kind in providing all necessary information. We have no hesitation in recommending to other visitors.

Lovely Apartment in Perfect location

We stayed 2 weeks at Le Mexico and found it to be everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The lication is great - restaurants, bars, a supermarket selling everything we needed and a fresh fish shop just across the road.

Good train and bus links to all areas along the coast and a 1.5km walk into St Raphael centre for more shops and restaurants. Lovely sandy beach nearby and a pebble beach just along from the harbour.

We'd definitely recommend staying at Le Mexico as it's quiet, has a great pool and is close to all amenities.

nicely appointed apartment with beautiful views (& sun) all day long

we stayed in Le Mexico September 2017, this lovely duplex apartment has 3 terraces and you really feel the sun all day long. The apartment is very well appointed with all the comforts of home and the Santa Lucia port area with shops, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away which was very handy. The view from the terrace over the port area is stunning and memorable. We enjoyed the walk along the waters edge to the main centre of town which was a lovely stroll - Thank you Jane

Super séjour dans ville magnifique

Logement de grande qualité dans une résidence très calme et très bien entretenue , il ne manquait rien au confort, la piscine était elle aussi de grande qualité avec une fréquentation étalée sur la journée. L’accueil pour le début de location et la fin s’est très bien déroulé sans surprise avec une personne très accueillante et professionnelle.Je recommande vivement cette location .Pour finir l’emplacement était magnifique avec sa vue sur le port et la mer, sans oublier de très bons restaurant a proximité.Encore merci à Jane pour cette location.

Komfortable, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung mit schönem Meerblick

Uns hat besonders die freundlich, hell und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung beeindruckt -

und natürlich die herrliche Dachterrasse beim Wohnzimmer mit Blick über die Bucht von

St. Raphael / Frejus.

Sie hat alles geboten, was wir brauchten; die Betten sind prima, das Bad frisch renoviert - alles war so wie beschrieben.

Und, Jane ist eine besonders freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin; wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

You do not need a car as the apartment is in the perfect location.

The town, beaches, morning croissants and local amenities are all a short walk away and there is an excellent bus and train service operating in St Raphael and connecting you to the sights and neighbouring towns and resorts.

There is so much to do here and everything is so accessible. There are sandy beaches in St Raphael, remote rocky coves at Boulouris and local shops 50m across the road for groceries, fresh fish, coffee and your baguette!

If you hire a car you take the A8 motorway from Nice Airport (towards Aix en Provence) and take exit 38 to St Raphael then follow signs to Port Santa Lucia. Le Mexico Residence is opposite the residence is opposite the Palais des Congres.

St Raphael has daily markets, a carousel for young children, go-carting and crazy golf. There are boule courts in the gardens by the sea, enjoyed by locals and visitors alike, and a playground for small children. Further into town there is a cinema, restaurants, lots of shopping, cafes and ice cream & crepe stalls plus the artisan evening markets set up along the waterfront.

During Winter months there is fabulous Skiing in the French Alps at Isola 2000, only a 2.5 hour drive away, or the slopes of Valberg can be reached in under two.

Perfect for a long weekend.
