Relax in Ormeau Park (Belfast's oldest) with a takeaway coffee from one of the buzzing local cafes, walk into town along the River Lagan, and enjoy the lively and authentic local pubs.

This beautiful Victorian residence has many of the original features, such as high ceilings, fireplaces and the decor is in keeping with this luxurious townhouse.

This grand old Victorian townhouse has all the modern features you would expect to make your stay here comfortable, such as luxurious bedding, double glazing, thick pile carpet, high pressure showers, gas fired central heating, and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, but with many of the original features that will make you fall in love with the place, like stained glass windows, tiled hallway, high ceilings and picture rails.

You will have the full run of this beautiful grand Victorian townhouse, including a driveway for parking right at the front door, and a small back yard.

With two living rooms, a dining room, and fully equipped kitchen, you will have plenty of space for the whole family to stretch out and relax.

There are two shower rooms, and three toilets, so you can all get ready at once, to make the most of your holiday time.

We live just around the corner, so will be available if you have any queries. We also love sharing insider information about the Ormeau Road, and Belfast, as we love living here, and want to help you get the most out of your time here too.

We are located just off the the Ormeau Road, Belfast's trendiest residential neighbourhood, just a few blocks from the lovely Ormeau Park.

If you want great coffee, you can choose from the coffee roasters at Root & Branch, danish coffee hygge-style at Kaffe O, or hipster treats at General Merchants.

For an authentic pint of Guinness surrounded by the best of Belfast craic, head over to the Errigle bar, or for the best selection of craft beers in Belfast, go to BrewBot.

We are perfectly located to explore further afield, with Belfast City Centre a 20 minute walk along the River Lagan towpath, and Botanic & Queens University area, with Belfast's arthouse cinema, Botanic Gardens, and Ulster Museum just 15 minutes walk along the river and through the park.

If you have your own transport, you can park right at the front door in your own gated driveway.

If you are relying on public transport, it's just a two minute walk to the bus stop.

You can get around on foot if you like a walk, as we are close to Belfast City Centre, and everything else you need is right on your doorstep.

Why Kerry chose Belfast

The house feels really luxurious, with its high ceilings, thick pile carpets, and original features. It's in a really great area just off the Ormeau Road, so close enough to walk into the city centre via the parks and river, or hop on a bus, but with its own driveway, so you can easily jump in the car and explore further afield in Northern Ireland. The local area has all you need in terms of groceries, coffee shops, bars and restaurants, we love it!

What makes this house unique

With its stained glass, picture rails, fireplaces, we just love the original Victorian features of this grand historic house, especially since it has enough mod-cons to make it really luxurious - gas fired central heating, double glazing & thick pile carpets throughout, dishwasher and full laundry facilities, this has the best of both worlds!

Stunning, well furnished town home in Belfast! Location great! Easy walking to park, pubs and dining. 20 minute walk to city center. If you stay be sure to check out General Merchants cafe. We were regulars there and the food was great and staff super friendly!!

Beautiful home in a lovely part of Belfast

We felt very much at home in this lovely tri-level house. Grocery stores and great restaraunts were close by and we could easily park in the front drive and take day trips. A great vacation.

Beautiful property in a great location

I recently stayed at this property with my family (4 adults and a toddler) and would thoroughly recommend it. All rooms are well-appointed and modern with plenty of living space and comfortable bedrooms. There are quite a few stairs, which my young daughter loved, but might be a challenge for the less able. In saying that, it wasn't an issue for us thanks in part to the thoughtfulness of our host, Kerry, who kindly arranged child-proof gates to prevent our daughter being too adventurous. Kerry's overall hosting was great. The surrounding area is also really lovely with two great parks nearby and excellent amenities including one of the best beer, wine & spirit shops I've ever encountered. Overall, if you're heading to Belfast and want a relaxed place to stay then this is the place.
