A warm cottage nestled in the heart of Llanberis. The house has an open light feel, with great views over the village to the mountains. It is set over two floors, with a large seating and dining area. There's a well equipped kitchen, for those that enjoy cooking. The lounge is cosy and has a good selection of books. It is warm and toasty in the winter months, perfect to come back to after a long walk on the hills. There is also a selection of books, DVDs, games and puzzles for you to enjoy.
There are three bedrooms; one large double bedroom with views of the mountains, a second double room and the third room has solid wooden bunk beds good for children or adults. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower downstairs.
The house is on a small terraced row, just up from the high street. There is parking for one car in front of the house and nearby streets have unrestricted parking. A short walk takes you to shops, pubs and lakeside.
The house is a lovely retreat at any time of the year.

"We loved spending Christmas at this house. Lovely large living room was so cosy and the house is really well located, within short walk to pub and shops and yet also feels tucked away with mountain views. Hoping to come back in summer!"
Very good value for money

"The tray of tea laid ready for us was very welcome after a long journey. There was ample space for all six of us, including the two children who loved the bunk beds. A nice cosy little cottage. The bed in the front bedroom was very comfortable and the view was amazing. We couldn't drag ourselves away from it to get out of bed in the morning. There wasn't over much storage or wardrobe space in the other two bedrooms. It was great to have all the walks and amenities of Llanberis within walking distance. The local shop had enough variety to be able to cook basic meals as well as all the usual supplies. We had a problem with light bulbs, but Ella quickly sorted it all out for us. The only difficulty we had was in parking the car. You have a small space and have to park at an angle, avoiding the steel post in the way. We don't have a long car, but it took lots of manoeuvring to get it off the road. Ella was very helpful and made sure everything was as it should be and that we were happy. We had a great week with the grandchildren exploring the area and visiting the castles."
