The romantic old-fashioned charm of 19th-century flats with all mod cons.

Charming flat in central Nice. Come here if you want to have a romantic holiday with your partner. Perfect for couples!

But also ideal for families as there are two bedrooms with a total of 3 beds.

A stone’s throw from the main railway station, it's a 3rd floor 60 m2 apartment located in the “Musicians Quarter” where all the streets are composed of impressive nineteenth-century buildings and bear the names of famous musicians.

The apartment is in a shopping street with an excellent bakery just across the road.

On sunny days, you can even enjoy a romantic dinner on the balcony.

The apartment is close to the main pedestrian shopping area and tram stops and only 10 minutes’ walk from the famous “Promenade des Anglais”.

It is a rather spacy place which can accommodate up to 5 people (4 adults maximum). There is a large living room with genuine art-deco antiques for cozy evenings, which enjoys the light of the sun all day long.

It has been fully renovated with a handy kitchen and all cooking facilities. The bathroom has a washing machine and separated toilets.

Two bikes are at your disposal in the cellar as an option.

We make it a point that you find a spot-on place on arrival and make a thorough cleaning.

Coffee, sugar and all the basic amenities are at your disposal and do not need to be replaced on departure.

We also offer a set of fresh drinks in the fridge including a bottle of French wine.

Bed sheets and towels are included in the rental price.

The apartment also has full baby equipment.

Very nice and clean city Apartment.

The new kitchen is fully equipped.

The apartment has been lovingly and comfortably furnished.

The living room has a beautiful parquet floor. The bed is comfortable.

Beach, train station and city center are easy to reach on foot

Very nice and helpful home owner.

Each time we would rent this apartment again. It´s nice in Nice...:)

Perfect apartment right in the city center

This apartment is very comfortable and very well located: about ten minutes on foot to reach the “Promenade des Anglais” and very close to the shopping area and the main station.

We were glad not to have to go to the shop straightaway as all the basic amenities including fresh drinks and a bottle of French wine were there for us.

It is indeed a very cosy place which is nicely decorated and very clean. The area is made of impressive 19th-century buildings and parking your vehicle is quite easy in this residential area. Everything is within walking distance: we didn’t even need to take public transport during our stay. We used the two bikes at our disposal in the cellar for morning rides along the sea and our host Stephane gave us really nice tips about the city of Nice.

As the apartment is right in the city center, you should not expect total silence though. But its situation on the third floor and its double-glazed windows made it really quiet nevertheless.

A place we would gladly come back to any time. Cheers!

Séjour agréable au Palais Mistral. Cet appartement est très confortable : une cuisine très bien équipée, des notices explicatives pour le fonctionnement de tous les appareils, literie, canapé et fauteuil accueillants, une décoration soignée dans toutes les pièces. Cet appartement est très bien situé, en plein centre ville, proche de la gare et avec un accès facile aux magasins, aux restaurants, aux cinémas et à la Promenade des Anglais.

Excellent stay for Xmas

We spent a wonderful week at Palais Clemenceau over the Xmas break.

It is a spacy two-bedroom flat with three beds.

The lounge is massive and sunny all day long. The kitchen is fully equipped and enabled us to cook and stay in in the evenings.

As the flat is pretty central, we could easily go out on other nights and very much enjoyed the cinema with English films, stroll along the seafront or take the train to visit Cannes and Monaco (the station is close-by within a short walking distance).

We also appreciated the bakery right across the road with fresh bread and croissants for breakfast in the morning.

The owner organised our personal transfer from and to the airport for a slight supplement although our flight had a 3-hour delay on arrival.

All-in-all an excellent stay in Nice. We would strongly recommend.
