Un très bon choix sur la côte adriatique

Très agréable séjour dans cette petite mitoyenne, simple mais confortable, bien équipée pour faire la cuisine, très propre, avec une literie de bonne qualité. Endroit calme proche de petites criques propices à la baignade et au plongeon. Endroit calme, bien situé pour découvrir la région.

The facilities are located in Ostuni and at the Sea area. For many years, Ostuni, called the "White City" is a tourist destination visited by many travellers, curious and fashinated by these lands.

The villa is located in Costa Merlata, in Marina of Ostuni, a strategic place to reach other turistic attractions in our region of Apulia. Here in Ostuni, there is the possibility to visit the historical center, the Sea and beautiful beaches of the Natural Reserve and to see the colours of sunsets and beautiful landscapes around this place.

What makes this property unique

The most important features of this house are the enclosed Garden and the equipped Veranda to have lunch or dinner in tranquillity, during the vacation.
Costa Merlata is a greenery little village with some services. For all the shops and bar, restaurants, guests can reach Villanova, the main center of the seaside, or directly the city of Ostuni.
