This well appointed, luxury top floor (3rd) apartment is 500m from the stunning beaches of Juan Les Pins. The apartment is in a modern complex of 14 apartments, completed in 2017. The wrap around balcony overlooks the well manicured gardens and shared pool, with views over to the bay and Mediterranean Sea.

The apartment is only 15 minutes from the airport and the airport bus stops at the end of the road. Local buses run regularly to Antibes, Nice and Cannes, and the train station is only a short walk away. Alternatively, parking is available in the underground garage so hiring a car is also an option.

Restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are all under 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment is available to rent from July 2017 so come and explore the beautiful French Riviera from this central location.

The light and airy lounge is separated from the kitchen by a large seated island. The well appointed fully fitted kitchen includes integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker/hob and wine cooler. A high chair is available on request.

The living area opens out onto the large wrap around balcony with further seating area, BBQ and sun loungers.

The lounge has a large sofa bed, armchair and TV unit with UK stations available. Wifi throughout.

The main bedroom has a super comfy king size bed and fitted wardrobe. Again it has natural light through a large window and french doors leading onto the balcony.

The second bedroom has two single beds that can be made into a double, and a third pull out single bed. A cot is available for either room.

The main bathroom has a large powerful shower, double sink unit, mirror, and WC. There is a separate WC & washbasin. A baby bath is available if required.

The apartment has an allocated garage underground with both stairs and lift access.

An outdoor shared pool and poolhouse is available to the guests and shared with the 14 apartments in the complex.

The apartment was excellent and had all the facilities and equipment you would need and the outdoor space was great. Very well located, quiet but close enough to shops and restaurants and easy access to local transport. The owner let us use their stroller which was a big help with a toddler. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Fabulous apartment

My husband and I stayed at the property with our two grown up daughters for a week in June. The location of the property was first class. Close to the bus stop and beach. With shops and restaurants a short walk away. It was extremely well equipped with everything one could possibly need. It was very clean and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the large wrap around balcony and the pool. I would thoroughly recommend the apartment and would love to return some day.

Fabulous holiday home

Thank you to Gill and Kenny for a fabulous break in the apartment. There were 4 adults staying at the property and plenty room to accommodate us all. The kitchen / lounge area was a great size with plenty of chairs and high stools at the kitchen island. The outside space is excellent which wraps around 2 sides and has a shaded canopy area should it be required. There was also a very high quality table with chairs, sun umbrella and 2 loungers. We used the outside table every day at meal times and enjoyed the lovely view. Both bedrooms were a good size and wardrobe space very good. The beds and linen were of high standard and very comfortable which was needed at the end of our busy days! Short walk only to the beach, restaurants and supermarket which was well stocked. I will definitely be returning again! Thank you also for your prompt responses to my questions prior to arriving at the apartment. Very much appreciated.

Beautiful apartment

Had a wonderful time here,excellent facilities and views. It was only a short walk to the beach,local shops and places to eat. Great base for visiting Cannes, Monaco and mountains above Antibes. Great shopping areas which are clean and pleasant to walk in with plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.

Would recommend this to families and couple. I will definitely be back soon.

Our beautiful holiday

We had a fantastic time in Juan les Pins Luxury apartment. It was easy to find and only 20min from Nice airport by Taxi (only 40 euro online). Once their we quickly discovered the apartment itself is fabulous and we had absolutely everything we would need for a terrific stay. The attention to detail in the facilities is fantastic, everything is brand new, beautiful and easy to use.

The cafe's, bakeries, markets and restaurants are only 2min walk away and the beach is only a few minutes more. This meant we could adapt our plans effortlessly and as the mood took us which added to the relaxed feeling of our trip.

We did not hire a car but that didn't stop us from having several trips into Cannes on the train and Monaco was a definite highlight for us. With the station only a short 15min walk away any daytrip you fancy is possible.

Overall we had a restful family holiday which was restorative and blissful and we go back again without hesitation

I wholeheartedly recommend you go and see for yourself, you wont be disappointed

Comfortable but not luxury

We are a family of 5 and stayed at the apartment for 10 nights in August. The apartment is well situated but use of a car is needed, especially if travelling with young children as the walk to the beach is a little further than a stroll and decent restaurants are a little more than a walk away, unless you are happy to dine on Pizza and McDonalds! On arriving we were informed we needed to pay extra for 'out of ours' and had to hand over 80 Euros. That was disappointing as it wasn't our fault the flight was delayed! We were also told they had received complaints about noise at the pool from the previous guests and were asked to keep noise at a minimum. How do you tell 3 excited children they can't make noise at the pool on holiday? We got the feeling we were staying in the only rental apartment in the block. The apartment was well equipped and clean but certainly not luxury as stated in the advertisement. Sleeping was not comfortable - one small double bed and two singles - all had cheap bed linen which was rather uncomfortable, and the bathroom facilities are basic (especially the shower) - not what you would expect from a "luxury" apartment. Overall we had a great holiday but somewhat let down by the promise of "luxury accommodation" If the owners upgraded from Asda and Ikea they could potentially have the luxury apartment they desire

Owner's Response: "Thank you for taking time to review our apartment. Following their departure we found significant damage which resulted in the retention of part of the damage deposit, based on invoices which were provided to them. Our apartment, built in 2017 has received excellent reviews from our other guests this year, and can be seen on here . The apartment has a garage so having a car is not a problem, but is most definitely not a requirement. We are on the main bus route to the airport, Nice and Cannes and about 15 min walk to the train station if you want to go further afield. We also have three young children who are more than happy walking to the beach, a short 5min walk through the Exflora park. For very young children, we have provided a stroller. There is a McDonalds close by as well as many shops, bakery, cafes, 3 restaurants and bars. We are a 15 min walk to the harbour at Juan Les Pins and Golfe Juan if you want to sample the excellent restaurants with a wide range of fine dining, sushi and child friendly establishments. We were not aware you were charged for late arrival. Whilst arrival and departure times are listed on the booking pages, we do our best to accommodate late/early arrivals but this is not always possible and is arranged prior to arrival. We ask all our guests to be respectful towards other residents in the apartment block (12 apartments in total, three of which are holiday apartments). It is a peaceful and relaxing situation and we ask guests to appreciate the local custom of siestas. This allows both our guests to relax, as well as the other residents. Our children enjoy the pool as well as relaxing on the balcony and chilling! We are delighted you found the apartment clean and well equipped. We note your comments regarding the sleeping arrangements, there is in fact three single beds, and two double beds in the apartment, however the other beds were not required and are able to be stowed away. The bed linen is of very high quality (John Lewis) and we have received many favourable comments regarding how comfortable the beds are from our guests. Whilst we have used Ikea etc for such things as beach towels, and childrens crockery, the bed linen, furnishings and fittings throughout the apartment are all of extremely high quality The bathroom is finished to a very high standard. With a large shower, extremely powerful and an abundance of hot water.Per French law it has an environmental setting which can be overridden when switching on.
