This is a luxury apartment located in beachfront rigorous. An ideal place for a holiday by the proximity to the sea, diverse range of cultural, tourist, dining and leisure activities.

The town of Fuengirola is located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, very well connected to all Andalusia. The road communication with all provincial capitals, as well as the entire Mediterranean coast is by motorway.

The surrounding area has many tourist attractions, including Hippodrome, seven golf courses ... Nearby, you can find marinas Cabopino, Fuengirola, Marbella and Banus. There are excellent bars restaurants right on the beach, where you can enjoy the local cuisine, especially fresh seafood at a good price and also can, if you wish, rent chairs and umbrellas. In summer there are water sports facilities at sea, jet ski rentals, canoes, kayaks, windsurfers, ...

REQUIRES FULL REFURBISHMENT

There was mould on the walls, the drawers in the bedrooms could not be used because of the damp, no blankets available apart from what can only be described as 'dog' blankets, the walls were badly cracked, skirting boards were falling away as if there had been a flood, the toaster was antiquated and dangerous, plaster falling off the walls in the main bedroom wardrobe and doors had to be kept open because of damp. The air conditioning units are that old I would not use them in case of fire, no fire alarm, no key to roof to dry washing the maintenance person kindly lent us a key. The apartment is on the 'cold' side of the block with no sun on the terrace after 09.30. The road outside is extremely noisy even throughout the night. The TV had no access to any English channels. The bathrooms are so old they stopped making those colours in the 1970s with calcium staining in the baths and sinks.

I have dealt with Owners Direct for many years and I have never come across a property with so many problems. I certainly would not recommend it.

Owner's Response: We regret the problems you are saying, all of them due to a water fault in the building that didn't communicate. Guests have our telephone number. If you had communicated any incident, would have been fixed immediately. We have the ability to solve any problems immediately, but we can not know the problems if nobody communicates them to us. The blankets you found are for the sofa, in Spain we use cotton courtesy blankets availables all year although isn't necessary. You can find blankets for the beds inside the apartment, but don't on the beds until Autumn-Winter. Now, with temperatures between 22 and 30 degrees, nobody uses blankets. The orientation of the apartment is East orientation, (Sun in the Morning). You may not like it, but it's the apartment orientation. We can't move it. The toaster has the CE European security mark. European law does not require fire alarms inside private apartments. The roof key was supplied, as well as it is not necessary because the door is open during the day ... In the apartment there is free WiFi by optic fiber, you can watch all the international TV channels in your electronic device. All the problems you said would have been solved if you had communicated them to us. We do not live in the apartment during your stay. We can not know what happens if you do not tell us. We strive for you to you spend a holiday without incident but we require a little communication.

It was a lovely bright and clean apartment with great sea views.

We had a great holiday here - so near to beach restaurants, shops etc. Would highly recommend staying here.

Agréable séjour.

Appartement très propre, lits confortables, grand balcon avec magnifique vue sur la mer. Rencontre agréable avec le propriétaire, Ricardo, qui a été très attentif à nos besoins. (Taxi à l'aéroport à notre arrivée, conseils pertinents pour de bons restaurants, réparation rapide d'un store.) Aucune voiture requise car tout est à quelques minutes de marche: supermarché, pharmacie et surtout de très bons restaurants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Merci Ricardo pour votre disponibilité. Nous conseillons grandement cet endroit.
