This apartment is in a beautiful building that has been totally renovated inside, and out- no surface is untouched! This wasn't just a 'quick paint' renovation- kitchens and bathrooms were completely torn out, all electric/plumbing/heating in the building is entirely new, all flooring was taken up and replaced, all doors were replaced, and more! The entire project took over a year to complete!
No, you aren't seeing double, we also have another great apartment exactly like this one listed on vrbo. Due to the demand for our first apartment, we decided to enroll another aprtment in the vrbo program. Both apartments have the same mirror-image layouts, and are decorated with the exact same furnishings in the same colors from ikea. The location on the edge of downtown in the elliot park neighborhood is incredibly convenient, and this building provides a walk score of 77, a transit score of 100, and a bike score of 95. In addition, there is one off-street parking space for every apartment, and access to both i35w and i94 within 1/2 mile.
Minnesota is home to teams in all 4 of the major league sports- mlb, nfl, nba, nhl- and this apartment is within a mile of the nfl, mlb and nba, and a short drive or train ride from the nhl stadium. In addition, the world famous guthrie theatre, orchestral hall, and the minneapolis convention center are all within one mile. The minneapolis institute of arts and the children's theatre are both a little more than a mile away.
Three well-known, highly regarded hospitals are all within one mile. Hennepin county medial center is .5 miles, abbott northwestern hospital is about .8 miles, and children's hospital is about .7 miles.
The restaurants, shopping, and nightlife of downtown minneapolis are a short walk, ride, or drive away. All of the fun of uptown and the minneapolis chain of lakes is only about 2.5 miles.
You will also be very close to many institutes of higher education including the u of m, north central university, augsburg, st. Thomas, st. Catherine, hamline, minneapolis academy of art and design, minneapolis community college, minneapolis technical college, and more. All of these are either a short ride, drive, bus or train ride away (some are even a short walk!).

Walking distances to a few landmarks:
• 1-1/2 minutes to north central university
• 5-1/2 minutes to hcmc
• 8 minutes to the convention center (this is part of the mp-ls sky way system)
• 9 minutes to the metro dome/light rail
• 12 minutes to orchestra hall
This location is perfect for anyone who is working downtown, at hcmc, at Abbott northwestern, or is visiting/studying/working at north central university, the u of m, Augsburg, or mcad. In addition to those great places, eat street, uptown, and the lakes, are just a short ride away.
You can also take the light rail train (1/2 mile away) to/from the airport, downtown st. Paul, and the mall of America. In short, there is not much in the Minneapolis/st. Paul area that is too far away from here!

I have traveled extensively around the US, and the world, and I still keep coming back. I love it here!

My family has renovated many properties over the years, and when I saw this one I knew that it was a great opportunity. It took a lot of time and money, but we are really happy with the way that everything came out.
I contacted Channing very last minute as another housing option fell through and he was so accommodating, quick to respond and friendly! And the place itself is very clean, with up to date ammenities and in a great location. I would easily recommend this place to others, and will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Minneapolis.
We were at the convention center for the weekend and this was the perfect spot for us. It was easily walkable, saving us on parking fees and meal costs. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Highly recommend.
This rental is very clean. It is in a transitional neighborhood. Fine walking during day , but we did not feel comfortable walking from town after dark. Without a car,markets are not easily accessible. The owner was easy to contact , as needed.
Clean, comfortable and great location for walking to anything in downtown. Owner was very helpful on suggestions in the area for food and entertainment.
Three of us stayed at this apartment when we went to Minneapolis for a Vikings game. The location was a quick walk to US Bank Stadium and the light rail. Downtown is also walkable. The apartment is very clean and the upgrades give it a new feel in an older building. Channing was very helpful and even gave us a list of activities happening while we were in the Twin Cities. For our purposes, it was exactly what we were looking for.
The property was as advertised, nice, clean and modern. Channing was great to work with. The surrounding area is going though some urban re-development. However, we never felt unsafe.
This is a great location that is very convenient to all that downtown Minneapolis, and nearby st. Paul have to offer! This area has teams in all 4 of the major sports (NFL, MLB, NHL, and NBA), is second to NYC for theaters per capita, has many museums, outdoor activities aplenty, is very big on the craft beer brewery scene, has the world famous mall of America, and so much more!
