Nice villa with pool and fabulous areas to enjoy all year

well equipped and quiet house, ideal friends and families with children, can accommodate up to 10 people.

Finca Bella-Vista is a finca of 4000 m. totally flat and fenced (very intimate and private), inside a cozy house is located 210 m., 360m terraces, swimming pool, Balinese double bed, summer kitchen, gardens and covered parking area.

It is distributed in:

-4 Bedrooms (2 with double beds, one with 2 single beds and a room with two single beds and sofa bed 2p). The master bedroom (large size) has its own bathroom and a spacious dressing.

- 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower).

- The lounge is designed as an open space, has an exceptional fireplace Carrara marble and a large dining room for up to 10 diners, the kitchen is open to the living room with a breakfast area with Silestone countertop, it is fully equipped ( oven, vitro, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, television, microwave, etc, crockery, cutlery, varied utensils, small appliances). In the living room we have several sofas LED TV with satellite (satellite tv connected to satellite Astra, verify according to your country of origin that channels open this satellite broadcasting).

The house is fully heated with hot / cold in each of their stays.

If your idea is to travel with children have a beautiful garden area, swings, slide and some toys.

The garden area (practically the whole plot) has a neat lawn area bordering the pool 9x5. Towards this area a raised terrace with hammocks and wonderful views of the mountains of Alhaurin and pool and garden oriented. In the pool area we installed a large Balinese bed for four adults. In this area the outdoor kitchen with fridge and gas plate is located. South of the house and under the shade of a leafy Morero have outdoor dining for 10 people where you can enjoy cookouts the soothing sounds of an old fountain. In the large garden there are magnificent palm trees, olive trees, jacaranda trees, lawns, flower beds, antiques and various garden plants.

The pool has purification equipment and lights, the garden has automatic irrigation, these extremes make any necessary maintenance is not a normal occupation for 1 week which is a great privacy for guests.

The whole plot has a large outdoor iluminiacion which makes the nights outside with the weather in this part of Spain, are fabulous for meals outside, bathrooms, etc. The house is stocked with linens and towels. As well as garden furniture (tables, chairs, hammocks, etc)

Access to the house is fully paved, having only to deviate from the county road 300 m. The farm is located on the outskirts of Alhaurin de la Torre (3 km) in an area of ​​villa and house fields in plots 5000 m. approx.

In Alhaurin de la Torre have excellent restaurants, supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona), pharmacies, bars, etc.

Likewise we are about 15 km and Malaga AIRPORT ce and about 20/30 minutes from the main beaches of the Costa del Sol (Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, etc). So you can be in the pool or on the beach but without the hassles of the coast in summer. If you like golf about 3 km is the golf course "Laurogolf".

If you wish to know Andalucia house is situated in the center and you can visit monumental cities like Ronda (1 hour), Granada (1.5 hours), Sevilla (2 hours), Cordoba (1.5 hours), etc.

The house is completely private and very quiet.

The house is ideal for all year because the days are sunny and temperatures prevailing are very nice in this area as close to the sea and protected from the wind by the nearby mountains. You can enjoy meals, lectures, conversations outdoors almost all year.

Immaculate luxurious well appointed secluded villa.

This villa has everything you require for a perfect holiday. It is located in a very peaceful area with views of the mountains. Its very spacious and well equipped with indoor and outdoor kitchens.

Bedrooms are large and comfortable as is the enormous open plan lounge.

The gardens are well maintained and the pool area is large with plenty of sunbathing space.

The local village with its cafes and supermarkets is only a mile and a half away and is well worth a visit. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful holiday you cant go wrong.

Best place to spend your vacances

I spent 10 days on this house on september, together with 7 friends. It was the most pleasent experience we ever had in Spain!

I advice tou to book this village if you intend to have some time away from routine and rest. The house seems renovated, with a lot of attention given to details, decoration and commodity.

It’s really like shown in the pictures! (Or better)!

An experience to repeat, specially taking into account Antonio’s availability and care.
