This is a stylish luxurious modern villa in MORAIRA with the most spectacular views in all directions and from most aspects of the house. It is furnished to a high standard and the discerning holiday maker will fully appreciate all it has to offer. It sleeps 7 in 3 bedrooms all of which have air conditioning.

Entry to the villa is via electronic gates. There is parking for 2 - 3 cars. An imposing front door which has stone columns either side takes you into the elegant hallway with an archway walking into the beautiful dining and living room. These rooms have patio doors which lead out to the covered terrace, swimming pool and garden. The dining room leads directly to the beautiful sunny sitting room where you will find 2 settees (3 and 2) coffee table and for the winter months a lovely marble fireplace with wood burning stove. Wide screen TV with satellite and UK Freesat channels plus a DVD Player. Electronic shutters on the patio doors for shade and security.

The modern kitchen has fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher, electric oven also with integrated microwave and a gas hob. From the kitchen there is a large utility room having a washing machine and small freezer. From here there is also a door to the drive way.

From the entrance hall there are 2 bedrooms with built in wardrobes. One has a king size bed and the other has twin beds. There is also a sofa bed for the 7th person. Both bedrooms have Patio doors to the terrace and swimming pool. Air conditioning in both bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has views of the spectacular views of the surrounding country side and looking across to the Teulada and Montgo National Park. On this same level is a beautiful family bathroom with walk in shower toilet and wash basin.

Walking up the imposing stairs from the hallway there is a beautiful double height feature window with wonderful views across to Teulada and Montgo National Park. The stairs take you to the master bedroom suite. As you walk through the doors you will find a bank of built in wardrobes and a dressing area. The patio door takes you on to the terraces which looks towards the stunning views across to Teulada and Montgo National Park. Hiding behind one of the doors you will find a large en-suite with bath and shower over. His and Her's basins WC and bidet. In the large master bedroom you will find a large double bed. Bedside table and lamps and dressing table.. Walking through the patio doors onto the terrace and the most spectaculars views of Moraira and Calpe rock (the Penon) and the Mediterranean sea. It also overlooks the swimming pool and gardens below.

Outside you will find and 8m x 5 m swimming pool area which has pool lights, roman steps and in pool seating area with a table. The terrace has a patio table and chairs for Al fresco eating and next to it you will find the BBQ. Also a settee 2 chairs and a coffee table for relaxing moments. There is a partial sea view from here. The beautiful mature garden with lovely Mediterranean plants surrounds the pool area and can be lit at night. There is a lawn which is ideal for relaxing and playing ball games.

The village of Benimarco is which has 2 bars and restaurants is approximately 10 minutes walk (or short drive away). The Canis is well known for it's Paella.

Luxurious Villa in a Great Area

The Villa more than lived up to the description on the website. It is spacious and was immaculate with Coral and the local team always ready to assist with any queries quickly and with a smile.

With such a comfortable base you could be excused simply relaxing by the pool, but there are also many places of interest to visit. Cannis restaurant within walking distance is a fun place to eat and the towns of Moraira, Calpe and Javea all offer a great variety of interests to cover most tastes from shopping to watersports, as well as plenty bars and restaurants.

We also ventured out and had a fantastic day at Guadalest and a couple of great days in Valencia as well as just driving up and down through the coastal towns trying out some great beaches.

In summary, a great Villa in a great area making an excellent holiday

Lovely villa with stunning views

The only way to describe the villa is a luxury home in the sun, there are 3 good sized bedrooms with an en -suite to the master bedroom. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has its own balcony with stunning views of Moraira, whilst the other two bedrooms open out to the pool. Both the lounge and the kitchen are very spacious although we never used the lounge as the outside seating area catered for both relaxing and dining. We found the directions from the airport to be absolutely spot on. We contacted Coral on two occasions with minor issues and had a response almost immediately which I wasn't expecting. Would I recommend this villa - most definitely. Would we go again - absolutely. I've also been pleasantly surprised at how quick I received my deposit back.

Fantastic Villa in a peaceful location

We have just returned from a week in the Villa and we would highly reccomend it to people who enjoy a peaceful and private holiday. The Villa has a good sized pool, in a good sized garden which is not overlooked and is well equipped with beds, chairs and tables. The positioning of the Villa meant the sun was in the garden from sunrise to almost sunset. The view from the upstairs balcony was fantastic overlooking the bay at Moraira. All bedrooms were of a good size with the master suite upstairs providing a double aspect with two balconys. Villa was well furnished, equipped and clean and when we had a couple of very minor issues Ray the handyman was at the Villa very promptly to resolve. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful villa and location

This is our third trip to Villa Bella Vista in four years! Once again we had a fantastic holiday! We chose to come back here again for many reasons but we particularly like the quiet location given it’s close proximity to the beautiful Moraira beach front, shops and restaurants. Javier and Denia are beautiful too! If you are going to Moraira make sure you go the Yacht Club on the marina – the food, ambience and views are top notch! There are many great restaurants including 'Restaurant Canis' in Benemarco - the Paella is divine and not to be missed!!

The villa is well equipped both inside and out with all mod cons and lots of space e.g. air con, comfy beds and linen with a large garden, patio and pool!

It would be nice if the pool was heated but it didn’t stop us from taking the plunge and I don’t suppose it needs to be in high summer!

There are amazing sea views to the back of the villa and, to the front, the views of the grape vines orange groves and the Montgo mountain make this urbanization a relaxing and picturesque place to stay.

A fantisic villa. We loved it and will certainly stay there again. On first impressions the villa was incredibly clean, well kept, comfortable beds, secure and private. The views up to the villa and from the villa are lovely. The villa is a short drive from the beach , town and neighbouring towns. Owners were quick to respond to messages. It was perfect.

Stunning Villa

Fantastic holiday in Moraira at a great villa with stunning sea and countryside views. Third time we have stayed here and always brilliant. The whole family enjoy staying here as it is close enough to Moraira but great to get back to the total peace and tranquility of its location in an exclusive residential urbanisation with lovely viewd/walks and fantastic local restaurants (2) 1 km away. Villa is in beautiful condition with all the mod cons we needed and soon it felt like a home from home and very relaxing. Lovely to be able to sit in the pool at the seating/table area for a relaxing drink once the kids have gone to bed! Showering while looking across miles of countryside to the Montgo was uplifting evety time. Thoroughly recommend and we will be back! Only a minor issue, sometimes the remote for the electric gates wouldn't work, but after trying a few times it worked.

The villa is situated on the hillside above Moraira on the development known as "Comade los Frailies" or as the locals call it Millionaires row . It has stunning views of the sea, open countryside, across to the Montgo, Teulada and Calpe Rock. It is 7 minutes drive to Moraira. Less than 5 minutes to Teulada and walking to Benimarco and the much loved Canis Restaurant. The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community. Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority of properties are privately owned villas. There are many beaches. The main ones are in the town and the other one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. It is also possible to walk to El Portet from the town. Club Nautica in the heart of the marina is lovely for a relaxing lunch while watching the boats. Alicante airport is under one hour away and Valencia one and a quarter hours. Mainly motorway driving to the villa. A car is required as there is no public transport near the villa. It is possible to hire a taxi from the town centre which is approx 10 minutes away. Calpe and Javea are 15/20 minutes and Benidorm 25 minutes from the property.

Other Activities: International Go-Karting

Golf: Club Ifach is a 5 minute drive from the house. It is an 9 whole course. There are 8 other courses within a 30 minute drive of the villa. More information on request.

Cancellation. In the event of cancellation less than eight weeks prior to arrival no refunds will be given. In the event of cancellation more than eight weeks from the arrival date your 25% deposit will be forfeited but the balance will not be paid. If the owner cancels you will be offered alternative accommodation first. If this is not suitable a refund of either the deposit or in full if the total balance has been paid in full. The key deposit will be refunded in all instances. Holiday insurance should be purchased at the same time as the reservation is made to safe guard against cancellations on your part.
