tolles Haus & Garten, leider schlecht gepflegt

Wir waren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 6 Kindern zwischen 1-14 Jahren. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig, ideal für unsere Konstellation. Garten und Pool sind schön. Das Haus hat das Potenzial, ein idealer Ferienort zu sein und wir haben es auch sehr genossen, dort zu sein. Dennoch gab es bei Ankunft und auch im Verlauf eine Reihe von Mängeln, die bei dem hohen Mietpreis nicht auftreten sollten. So war das Haus schlecht geputzt, wir haben Müll unter den Betten gefunden. Eine Kissen waren stark verschmutzt, einzelne Fenster und Jalousien waren defekt. Die Küche war nur minimal ausgerüstet, es gab kein Putzzeug/Klopapier/Spülmittel (wurde auf Nachfrage dann gebracht). Der Garten war trotz wunderschöner Pflanzen vertrocknet, es lagen überall Zigarettenkippen herum. Bettwäsche musste selbst mitgebracht werden oder für 20€ p.P. zusätzlich gemietet - was bei 4000 Euro Miete für 2 Wochen ein schlechter Service ist. Sowieso hätten wir uns bei der Vielzahl an Mängeln etwas Entgegenkommen oder zumindest eine Entschuldigung erhofft. Es kam zwar jemand, der einige Dinge repariert hat. Leider war der Effekt nur von kurzer Dauer und Jalousie / Duschaufhängung waren wieder kaputt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und die Umgebung, der Strand und im Grunde auch das Haus waren toll. Der Vermieter sollte das Haus jedoch besser in Schuss halten und einem gewissen Hygiene-Standard gerecht werden.
